From those of you who have become aware of our existence beneath Mount Shasta, we feel your great longing to come to Telos and meet us face to face. We feel your great desire to experience the wonders and magic of an enlightened civilization. We feel your longing to reconnect with your former family members who are living in Telos or elsewhere in the New Lemuria.

On the inner plane, we are hearing your call, “When can we come to visit Telos?” “When will the doors of Telos be opened to surface dwellers”?

Beloved ones, we want to share with you that your long wait is almost over. We foresee that approximately within 5 years from now, we will start inviting small groups of surface dwellers to come for a visit. We would like you to experience what can be accomplished on the surface when the majority of the surface population adopts our way of life. You will acquire a totally new perspective of how wonderful life on this planet can become if lived according to divine principles and true brotherhood.

It is important for you to realize that at first and for quite some time, the visitations will be made by personal invitations only. Do not be concerned how these invitations will come about, when your turn to be “on the list” comes, we will have many avenues to make our invitation known to you, no matter where you live. Because we live in a fifth dimensional awareness and perfection while maintaining a level of physicality, we have a rather strict code of entry that all those who will be invited will have to meet first. Be assured that your personal invitation will not be forthcoming until you meet the requirements of that code of entry.

To explain in detail the full implication of our requirements is not the purpose of this message. Nevertheless, let me give you a general overview of what will be required.

First of all, only those who have attained close to a 5th dimensional awareness in their consciousness will be qualified. This means that they will have to embrace unconditional love for Self and for others as well as for all parts of life and all kingdoms. The duality consciousness will have to be unified at least to a 90% degree. The way of harmlessness will have to be embraced in every area of your life. I leave it up to you to probe into your heart as to what this all means. This is your homework dear ones. It will lead you to Selfdiscovery, to the wonders of who you really are that have eluded you for so very long.

Secondly, you will have to clear and heal your emotional body of all negativity, past and present. This means that all past records of pain, anger, grief, guilt, sorrows, trauma, shame, addictions, hopelessness, low selfesteem, negative imprints, miasms, etc, will have to be embraced and released from your subconscious mind, solar plexus and emotional body. Because the high energy frequency vibration of Telos, any emotions or thoughtform outpicturing less than divine love would be amplified over a thousand times in your mind and feeling. We know that unless you have diligently cleared those records, this could be traumatic and it would not be possible for you to stay in our vibration for more than a few minutes.

Thirdly, only those who have completed their seventh spiritual initiation will be eligible for our codes of entry. On this planet, the Office of the Christ under Lord Maitreya and Lord Sananda, (known as your beloved Jesus in his earth ministry 2000 years ago), is the place where you can apply to receive these initiations on the inner planes. Most of you are not consciously aware that these initiations take place on the inner planes but nevertheless, they are taking place by how you live your daily life and unfold your consciousness regarding all aspects of your life. Passing those initiations and moving on to ascension and spiritual freedom has been the goal of all your many life times on this planet and that goal has eluded you, seemingly for thousands of years. The seventh initiation is certainly not the end of your evolution on this planet, but our codes of entry require for the candidate to come to Telos that he/she has attained at least that level. With the new dispensations these initiations can be completed faster now than ever before in the history of earth’s evolution. What used to take thousands of years to achieve, you can now accomplish, if you choose, within the next 5 years.

For each specification we have just mentioned there are many more ramifications. It is not our desire to make you feel that these goals are unattainable and leave you hopeless. We know that you can all do this in the required time. There are several thousand people on this planet who have already reached these levels of initiations and beyond in the last few years. You may find them among some of the people you meet daily in your entourage. It is not necessarily obvious. Those who have attained and know it, usually keep this information to themselves. Many more are constantly adding to the ranks of those who are achieving. We mention these requirements to you because there are many of you who are already familiar with us but are not aware that there are codes of entry to come to Telos. Everyone who enters our doors, no matter who they are and where they come from, need to meet the level of spiritual development needed to be introduced to a fifth dimensional vibration.

As you diligently do your spiritual work and gain momentum on your path of ascension, you will soon come much closer to these goals. As you open your heart to love, you will find that they are much easier to attain than the difficult situations in your lives you have been experiencing. The refinement that these initiations will bring to your consciousness will open the doors for you not only of Telos, but also of the New Lemuria, places of magic and wonders.

Remember always that Love is the key, dear ones. Love will open all doors to you as you start embodying that Love that you are and quickly propel yourself on the highest level of your pathway to your limitless spiritual freedom. From Love you came and to Love you now return.

Greetings from Telos; I am Celestia. Today, we have a class going on with the younger children, as well as with some of the older children, which would like to answer many of the questions you have. For this occasion, I have invited a group of children to address you. No need to say, they are very excited with this opportunity. Our children spend much time studying the surface situation, as they too are very eager to understand and communicate with your children there.

The first thing the children would like me to communicate to you, and most particularly to the children of the surface, is that they are in many ways envious of the experiences that are taking place there; although envy, as such, is not truly an emotion that we focus on here in Telos. The children of the surface have been given a most exciting adventure during their incarnation. They have chosen to incarnate at a time when there are extraordinary changes taking place on Earth, a time when everyone’s energies are so important to these changes. We are all living in a time when transformation is not just a wish or a goal, but rather a growing reality. Each individual living on the surface during this time, who is incarnated in a third, and soon to become a fourth and fifth dimensional physical body, is an explorer who is discovering new worlds and new ways of being.

You, the children of Earth, have gathered together for this life, in many languages and locales, to create a group project, shall we say, or a group mural of energies that are pure and distinct from the current energies of the surface. You have gathered together to share in a great celebration of creativity, and each of you has brought new and wonderful gifts to this gathering. Each of you carries a precious piece of the vision that this planet will soon experience. You have come here to create the bridge between the old and the new world.

In truth, the change has already taken place on many levels and in many dimensions. Now, it is only for everyone on the surface to begin experiencing the awareness of these changes, and of the choices that all have made to bring these new energies into reality. Each of you incarnated at this time possess the knowingness of this new reality. It has not been with the spirit of sacrifice that you have incarnated on the surface at this time and in this space. Your heart is grateful and joyous about the transformation that you are becoming part of.

Many of you have trained for this adventure here in the schools and classes of Telos. With us, you have studied the cultures and energy patterns of the surface world. You have communicated with beings on the surface who have been living there for many years, as advance scouts, shall we say, preparing and holding the space for this grand adventure of yours. You have sampled and canvassed the soul imprints of many family groups before deciding where and to what family you would incarnate into. Many of you who have incarnated on the surface communicate regularly with your study groups here in Telos, for it is indeed an ongoing group effort between the surface and the Inner Earth communities and children.

You regularly send back reports of your activities on the surface, and most importantly your reactions and emotions within the intensity of a third dimensional incarnation. You send us, both mental accountings and visual images, as well as the understandings that you have gained from working within the denser energies of the surface. This information is of great importance to the children here in Telos. They are interested to know not only how your adventure is progressing, but also how they can best assist you to bring about the transformations that you intend to accomplish on the surface.

Luriel

Luriel is one of the elder boys in the current class that is addressing you now. He has a message to share at this time.

Warm greetings from your brothers and sisters, from playmates and classmates of Telos! We are almost beside ourselves with the excitement and joy of communicating with you directly. Apart from you, though we may appear, we are actually right beside you during much of your adventures on the surface. We follow most avidly the work being done with the Psychic Children, as they have been termed by your elders. These are our friends who are bringing much awareness to people of all ages on the surface. These children are in fact very old souls who are in absolute delight over this opportunity to share their knowingness and awareness with the planet, and do so in the guise of a child, without the responsibilities and burdens that seem to plague so many of the adults on the surface.

They are able to carry out their mission as play, and this is a most wonderful example for all on the surface. They are doing their best to be living out the truth that we live here in Telos, that all work is play, and all knowingness comes from the innocence of experience, not the hardship. Joy is a truly innocent experience, and your psychic children are here to model this for you.

All children incarnating now on the surface carry and exist in an enhanced vibration. Their DNA has been upgraded, shall we say, to allow for higher levels of communication and awareness to take place. They have not entered this incarnation separated from their understanding of who they are, and why they are on the surface at this time.

They have been given many names, from Indigo, to Psychic, to Crystal, Violet souls and a few more. In truth, these names refer to the class that they are entering with. Just as on the surface you all enter into school as part of a future graduating class, such as the class of 2004, each of these children is part of a class that was entered into prior to incarnation. Each class was given a different assignment on the surface, and each assignment carries a different vibration. All classes, all assignments and all vibrations are part of the same school, however, just as we are in Telos part of this same school.

All classes are connected via a grid. This is in part the grid that you have heard so much about from the Psychic children who use it to communicate with each other. But the entire grid is much greater than all of its individual parts and forms a communication system for the entire universe. This grid is a creation of the energies of the Divine Plan, and is entered into through the energies of the heart. It connects all beings in the Universe, much as your Internet does on the surface. The Internet is in fact a third dimensional representation of this grid, although its true function and usage has yet to be truly discovered and utilized. This also will eventually transform as the consciousness on the surface transforms.

Some of the Psychic children did spent time in Telos or other Lemurian-energy cities. Others come from other soul and planetary groups. But they are all here to foster fun, community, and joy. Approximately a third of the children who live in the environs of Mt. Shasta have been sent from our own ranks here in Telos. We have sent many children as well to other cities and families around the planet. We could in effect call this a student exchange or study travel experience, as you do in some of your schools. Here we view it as an incredible opportunity to practice all that we have been taught, and to experience an extraordinary adventure that far exceeds anything we could imagine.

Many of us have been called to the Emissary ranks, as we call it, in our schooling here in Telos. I am one of these. We are Ambassadors of fifth dimensional energies who travel extensively to generate and hold this loving vibration, so that the citizens of the surface can experience, and as we are taught, and acclimate themselves to this vibration. We do so on assignments that range from days to years (in your surface timeframe.) We also do so in groups or individually, but we always report back all information, observations, experiences, and understandings to the entire class. The class itself then presents all that they receive to the citizens of Telos and the High Council. We too are a part of the ongoing work of Telos.

Students on the surface are set apart from society as a rule. You study for many years and then you make a leap into society upon graduation. Students in Telos are always made part of society, and contribute a particular and special energy in all of the discussions and decisions that govern our world.

Some of the younger children wish me to send their love to you and ask that I vision to you an image that they all carry with them in a special place in their hearts. This vision is of a great cavern that sits inside the mountain. It is so enormous by surface standards that you cannot see the sides or the top of it, so it does not seem as if you are inside, but rather out on the surface. There are many special places to travel to in this cavern, but the one that the children wish to take you to now is on the shore of a very great lake. All around are hills and dales from which water falls in glorious colors, and then travels into the lake. The rainbows formed in these falls continue into the waters of the lake and create small glowing waves of color that wash onto and decorate the multicolored sand on which the class sits.

All of the children of the class are present for a picnic, and they invite you to join them. The picnic is for study and play because they want you to see how it is all the same. The younger students are themselves teaching the lessons of today, and the teachers and elders are all sitting among the students to also enjoy the class. Each lesson is taught in the form of a story or a song that each student has created.

They invite you to listen to these stories and songs, and then create one of your own to share with the class. They ask that the lesson you create be one about the surface, from your present incarnation on the surface. Although they monitor all that happens above ground, your impressions are unique. They wish to learn, to grow and to experience directly from you the wonders of the adventure that you are presently having on the surface.

You may visit us at our picnic whenever you wish, for all will gather when we hear your call. In the multi-dimensionality that we exist in here in Telos, we can gather in many places at once, in many aspects at once, to enjoy your stories and songs, even if engaged in other activities when you call. We bless you and look forward to be playing with you in Telos whenever you wish to visit. And soon, we will all play together on the surface, when the consciousness raises enough to allow us to come out. But for now, we invite you to engage to play with the children around you, for they are also us as well. Warm blessings.

One of our teachers, Angelina, a healing master and elder in Telos, would like to address a question asked regarding the hyperactivity of children on the surface.

I am Angelina, and I wish today to speak to both the children and the adults on the surface regarding the hyperactivity and the use of certain drugs which is widely used to control, or to seek to control this hyperactivity, which is little understood by your so called authorities on the surface. Much of this hyperactivity demonstrated in this present-day generation of children is in fact their reaction to the overwhelming hyperactivity of the unhealthy environment in which they are living in. By the synthetic way you are creating life on this planet, your precious children are forced to be experiencing a constant an abnormal “over stimulation” of their pituitary and pineal glands, as well as all their physical senses.

Much has been spoken about diet and interaction with your medias of television, music and movies, and these are also serious concerns. The constant bombardment of the senses, by wave forms that are entering your energetic bodies, as well as physical bodies, from the microwave technologies that your television set, cell phones, and microwave ovens produce, disrupts the important ongoing transformation of structure that all of these children have come here to manifest. In your major cities, the disruption is so great that it is a wonder that children and adults can function at all. Ongoing, each day brings a new invasion of your basic energy structure created by man-made energies that do not work very well with the Divine Flow as such, but seek only to invade and overwhelm, by their nature, the very energy foundation all around you. These devices and technology is not dark in nature, but the use or misuse of it has created much of the darkness and distorted energy patterns that currently surrounds, you and your children, just by interfering with your intrinsic energetic patterns.

It is very important that you take responsibility to provide as clean an environment as possible for your children to live in, and especially to sleep in. Bedrooms filled with televisions, VCRs, CD systems, cell or electronic phones, electronic clocks, and other such items “are to be avoided”. Children must be given a balanced and clean environment in which to sleep, regenerate, and be nurtured from each evening. The level of toxicity in which they presently live in general, and which their bodies are subjected to in your foods, your building materials, your environment, and elsewhere, must be addressed and corrected as it is not conductive for them to mature and evolved in the manner that is needed for them to accomplish the goals they came here to manifest.

The build-up of heavy metals in your children’s systems is also a major contributor to hyperactivity, as well as other nervous and systemic conditions. Water, clean water is a daily necessity for these children, as well as for everyone else. In general, the liquids you and your precious children ingest through your mouth daily are harmful to your body and soul and the build-up gradually increases each passing day. You must work to clean up your water supplies and remove the toxic chemicals such as fluoride from your drinking waters. Those of you who live in cities must filter your water before drinking, and use products in your bathing that also filter toxic chemicals. There are many natural and effective products currently available to you that will reduce levels of toxicity and you must acquire those, rather than the culturally fashionable ones, and use them daily to ensure that every member of your family has a vital life force and a balanced system. You must reduce or eliminate completely the amount of soda pops, artificial drinks, coffee, alcoholic beverages and other toxic substances that you have become so accustomed to ingesting as part of your daily diet. Pure water still remains your main source of liquid that will assist in balancing the body back to its natural and healthy state.

In each instance, for each individual child, the solution is not to “medicate them,” but to correct the imbalances created in their bodies by their environment. What is needed to achieve this balance is different for each child. In any healing crisis, each individual has a set of characteristics that requires a unique set of healing tools. The process of healing should be entered into with joint intents by parents and children together. In many cases, the child may not recognize the diagnosis of hyperactivity, but only knows that he or she is not functioning in a way that the adults and society deem proper. This kind of situation creates guilt and shame for the child and it is imperative that this kind of circumstances should be avoided.

We are all beings desiring balance, and the more that a child can been shown a model of how to achieve that balance, the more he will gravitate toward it. The new children are here to guide us as we guide them to a greater understanding of what achieves, maintains, and balances on the surface at this time. They are here to lead us to a more gentle management of our lives and that of others, and a more heart centered approach to all relationships, both personal and societal.

My first suggestion to you is to take your children to a healer, or as you call them on the surface a medical intuitive, who has had experience with children. Ask for a snapshot of your child’s current energetic state, for it is important to remember that the physical symptoms of hyperactivity are simply the body’s reaction to an energetic imbalance. There are many natural methods that can be used to balance out your child’s energetic bodies, and these include herbs, flower essences, exercise, meditation, yoga, and other forms of work such as chi gong and tai chi. They will benefit greatly from a mineral rich and balanced diet of good fruits, vegetable, grains and adequate amount of healthy of protein, because growing children in your environment still need sufficient quality protein. Their diet should be a balance of all factors, as should yours, including acid/alkaline mix, natural rather than processed sugar content, vegetable versus animal protein, and sufficient living foods versus dead processed foods.

There is also a lot that can be done energetically in terms of chakra balancing, as well as color and crystal therapies. Toning and drumming are very supportive to their systems. Music therapy is a very soothing form of balancing for hyperactive children, and others. Session work, in groups or individually, that involves both verbal, as well as energetic therapy, is also very supportive to their rebalancing. Creative therapies such as art and writing are also very beneficial.

The children who have incarnated on the surface now are working to rebalance their brain chemistries, their endocrine systems and their physical senses in order to access and run a higher vibration of energy. They have entered into incarnation with a different limbic system than you possess, as well as a clearer experience of what their life force should feel like. They will rebel against all attempts to force them into a way of being that does not feel intrinsically like or resonate with their true divine nature. And they will “short-circuit” at a greater rate than any generation before them if not given a suitable, nurturing, calming and supportive environment in which to live.

Their need for community, a true heart-supported community, is also very strong. The ties that they bring with them from communities such as Telos and others will vibrate strongly in their emotional bodies, and they must be nurtured properly. They will not choose however to create only groups of children of their own age, but rather community with people of all ages. They will gain much from any and all situations where they are invited to participate in group and community activities, in civic and school activities, that invite them to participate on a creative and responsible level beyond that which you currently accord your children. Letting older children work with younger children as mentors, and letting all of the children work with adults as guides and muses is very wonderful work. It will go a long way towards transforming the very core of your society.

In truth, all of the things that will help your hyperactive, as well as other children, are available all around you, without the assistance of pharmaceutical drugs. You only need to make positive changes in your environment, and the children’s as well. There is no need to narcotize their systems with drugs that only control, in a very synthetic manner, behaviors that your society deems inappropriate symptoms, and refuse to admit and address the underlying causes. The solution comes from the focus of your intent, and the use the tools and skills that you already have around you to assist your children. These children are here to give you the opportunity of mutual help and cooperation. In Telos, we are here to support you and them as well. We are here to show you a role model of how you can balance out your lives and theirs.

We, the teachers, the healers, and the children of Telos, reach out every day to the children of the surface. We send them our love and our blessings. We look forward to the time when the contact and the communications become more direct. We invite the precious children of the surface to come to visit us in Telos in their dream state, as we share with them our heartfelt desire to play together in a vibration of peace, compassion, of love and of light. Until we speak again, we wish them, and all of you, much joy and laughter.

Greetings and blessings to all of you gathered here today! We are blessed by your interest and your love and also by your willingness to reconnect with us again. We are here today to share our love with you and to offer guidance and support. We ask that you now open your heart to us, as we open our hearts to all of you, in the allowance of the greatest opening for direct contact with us.

We have been asked today to speak about the Atlantean emergence that is gradually taking place through and together with the forthcoming Lemurian emergence in oneness and unity. It is with great joy and excitement that our two former civilizations are merging our energies to create a new color of love and unity on this planet. Beware of those who will try, in your dimension, to create the illusion of two separate emergences of our civilizations. We remind you of what we told you before. We, the ascended Atlantean civilization, are totally in the service of the Lemurian emergence, and we will emerge together with them, as one heart and as one family of Light.

Our journey of exploration during the time of Atlantis will once again be understood, and we will again take our place in the hierarchy of beings on this planet to include the highest ranks of priests and healers, magicians and sages. My dearest brothers and sisters, know that now, after a long dark night in our evolution, we have so much love and new wisdom to share with all of you. We are longing to be at your side and to comfort you in your journey.

We do not need any longer to offer penance for our prior actions. In truth, the time that we have spent working in service to the planet and humanity for the good of the whole since the fall of Atlantis, far exceeds the pain and the damage that we caused at the time. We give thanks with all of our beingness to the Lemurian Brotherhood of Light for assisting us unconditionally when we needed it the most. We thank them with all our hearts for their sustained love and for diligently working with us through our long period of healing.

It is now time for us to speak our truth about the time of Atlantis. It is for each one of you to perceive us in the new light we have embraced, It is now time for all of us together to hold hands and join hearts to allow the revelations of the new Lemuria to manifest as a reality in your world.

Our time in Atlantis was the grandest demonstration of the misuse of energy that this planet and the human race had yet experienced. We were given great gifts that we chose to corrupt. We have spoken to you before about our current misgivings concerning our actions during the great age of Atlantis. In our first transmission to you, we have asked for and received from all of you much forgiveness. We have released much of the denser heart energies, the pain and trauma that remained from the time of the destruction of Atlantis and we thank all of you for your compassionate heart.

Those of you who lived on Atlantis before and who suffered the fall have reached into the deepest parts of yourselves to release all of the anguish and mistrust that remained from that time. Much to our delight and heartfelt relief, we see you each day continuing with this clearing and healing. As each of you cleanses the old issues and resistance that you have towards your experiences in Atlantis, we are all able to move forward to new and greater expressions of the “Heart of Lemuria.”

Truly, we are now all one in our acknowledgement and acceptance of this higher dimension of love. It is now for you to bring this new dimension of love into the physicality of your dimension. Once this has taken place, the emergence together onto the planet of the Lemurian and Atlantean brotherhoods will become a reality for all of us. In fact, we have been here all along with you in your dimension, but your frequency did not allow you to perceive us. Actually, it is all of you who will be emerging into the higher vibration of your own divine essence, and connecting once again with our vibration. Not so much the other way around.

When that moment comes, we will all recognize each other as the true family that we are, and the labels of Lemurian or Atlantean will fall away, because we are now “one.” The labels you hold regarding countries or religions will fade away. Once again, we will all live together in unity and love.

Before that full emergence will take place in your dimension, many events and transformations will unfold on the surface. There are no victims in your world today. All the situations, global and personal, that you encounter in your daily life have been called into manifestation because you have created them. The greatest challenge you now face is to balance your own desires to harmonize with the greater good of all. Each of you must understand completely the power of creation that you hold in each moment.

The blessings of transformation on this planet are fully manifesting through the higher vibrational energies that are increasing and changing reality each and every day. The time of non-participation is over, and each of you is being asked to join in the great adventure. Each of you is being called to remember who you were in times past, the blessings and the pain, the joy and the sorrows. All past experiences will have their place, their wisdom and their use in your cosmic future.

In Atlantis, we chose to manipulate the energies available to us for self-centered purposes. You have reached a time in the evolution of your own journey on this planet where the lessons we all learned must now come into fruition. Your hearts must continue to stay open and to embrace all old and new experiences. Your minds, however, in concert with the universal mind, must recognize the truth. Atlantis became a civilization out of control. It became disconnected from the nurturing and fruitful energies of the heart and the soul. A great number of the Atlantean civilization became concerned only with the pursuit of knowledge and power at the expense of truth. We did not honor our Divine Essence or the grace that granted to us.

Your world today is facing very much of these same issues. Your present-day leaders are being questioned about their conduct and their motives, just as we questioned our leaders then. The answers that you are receiving are not striking a harmonious chord with the music of your souls. The words your leaders speak may, in some instances, sound correct, and the sentiments expressed may seem genuine. Yet when you examine them with the only meter that you have, your hearts, you know that you are being feed illusion, deception and treachery. And you also know that this illusion can no longer stand, as your Creator has decreed the “New Day of Light” for this planet.

You have all created the duality that you have come to accept and the veils that you are trying so hard to get rid of. They have been created to facilitate the learning of great lessons and the gathering of wondrous experiences. Just as we created our own veils of illusion in the time of Atlantis, and thought that we could play with the energies of creation and manifestation without consequences, so have you placed blinders on the effects of your own misuse of energy.

By energy, we do not only refer to the technologies that you employ in your present civilization to enhance your lifestyles. We do not speak only of the damage that is done to the environment of your planet, Mother Earth, and to the physical structure in the DNA of each of you. We do not speak only of the information manipulation that takes place in all of your media as a method of mind control.

We speak most importantly of the misuse of emotional energy. The emotional body is your true birthright and a great gift, and you have shut it down by denying it on a daily basis. As evolving beings of the human race, you have been gifted with an emotional body structure unlike any other, and to a lesser extent, so were the animals and plant life of your planet. And yet, you feel that this emotional body is your weakness, your “Achilles heal,” so to speak. For many of you, you feel that your emotional body is something to almost get rid of. You feel that you must contain its effects, dilute or put down its messages to you.

The true gift of the emotional body is the ability that each of you has to experience the widest possible array of scenarios over your multitude of lifetimes, and to bring this wealth of experiences back to the whole, back to all of us in the body of God. The impurity, the irrationality of the emotional body has allowed the full expression of all that you are, and in doing so, it has allowed the full expression of all that Spirit is. But this concept is ignored and forgotten. We attempted to override our emotions with the mind, forgetting that our emotions were the conduit to our hearts and souls.

You have been awarded a substantial opportunity to bring the full force of God through your emotional bodies. You are able to imbue these energies with the uniqueness that each of you possess. This uniqueness is a direct result of the emotional colorings that you have developed lifetime after lifetime in the electromagnetic and crystalline grid of the planet.

Your emotions are not energies to be ignored or subdued. They are not energies to be abandoned or mistrusted. They are truly and holy a representation of your individual flame that must be nourished in order to burn strong and pure. The mistake that was made in our time in Atlantis was the erroneous belief that we held that we could retreat from our hearts and from all that made us human, by bringing ourselves into a state of intellectual superiority. This was our greatest folly, as it is for many of those in power today in your world.

The greatest gift of inhabiting a body on this planet at this time is that you are human. You are a physical manifestation of Spirit’s divine grace and potential. You are the grounding point for the expression of God’s Will. There is no greater joy available than when one recognizes this truth and lives it on a daily basis.

You are also expressing through your emotional bodies the connection that exists between the physical and the etheric, between body and spirit. Each time you reach out to touch another being, and then connect through the vibrations created within their emotional matrix, you are reuniting the realms in a new and wondrous manner. You are creating colors and energies that have never existed before, new expressions and palates of love.

Our mistake was to feel that we needed great machines and systems of energy to create in this way. We forgot our connection to each other, and competed instead to see who could control the greatest amount of energy, as if this power brought us closer to realizing our God Presence. And of course, it could not and it did not. Only our connection to each other could do that.

Only through our love for each other could we truly touch and connect with the god within. Only through the full acceptance of our total emotional selves, in relation to one and to all, could we look again into our souls. It took our Lemurian brothers and sisters many lifetimes to show us and help us realize this truth. They supported us unceasingly with love and nurturing as we strove to release our old pictures and belief systems. They presented us with a glorious mirror of our true identity as divine beings, mirror that we totally rejected and ridiculed in the time of Atlantis and Lemuria.

Today, we present this same mirror, this same love and support to you. Reach out to us and touch us through your emotional bodies. We are here. Feel the strength and passion for life that emerges as you reconnect with all of yourself, as you reestablish pathways and conduits for the energies that surround you. Reach out through your emotions and touch the world around you. Allow yourself to feel the trees, the flowers, the animals in the fields, the song of a bird, the flowers in your garden and the comfort of your homes. Reach out and touch each other’s hearts in the most profound ways.

Together, we are creating the new Lemuria. Together, you are creating the opening that you desire for your emergence into the dimensions beyond yours. We wait for you, as we love you so dearly, keeping you always in our hearts.

I am Galatril, third-level member of the Council of Posid, beneath Mato Grotto in the country of Brazil. I have been in this position for many of your lifetimes, and I have spent much of my service reaching out to heal the energies of the past.

We, who inhabit the resurrected city of Posid, now a wondrous and beautiful abode of Light in the fifth dimension, and all of us living in other Atlantean energy cities within the Earth, recognize that there is great distrust for our vibration from many of you who experienced the cataclysms of the fall of Atlantis. The energies of that time and the masculine overwhelm of mental energies over the feminine balance of the heart are still creating emotions of fear and anguish within many of you who would be now interested in initiating any kind of communication with us.

For this reason, we ask that you please allow yourself to release the prior connection with us that you hold through the mind, and bring the energies of our deep love for you, once again into your heart. Since the destruction of our continent, we have done much work to evolve our consciousness and to embrace the energies of love from the heart. We have toiled long and steadfast to rebalance the energies we so carelessly used in the past. Today, it is with much joy and deep gratitude that we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to reach out to you and speak to your heart. We now come from a place of love, and if you allow it, we can bring great healings to your soul from the past traumas that so many, if not most of you on the surface, have been subjected to in the past.

We, who held ourselves in such high esteem in the Atlantis of old, and who rocked our planet so violently with our egos and misuse of technologies, have spent much of our time since in the service to the Earth and the earth’s interior. We have been in service to the elementals and nature spirits of this planet, and in service to our beloved Lemurian brothers and sisters, to rectify the damage and the deep pains that we inflicted to them and to all of you. We have also learned much about the cravings of the soul for knowledge and how these desires must be balanced by the deeper knowingness of the heart.

After the sinking of Atlantis, it was our Lemurian brothers and sisters who have offered themselves and their expertise to become our mentors in our next evolutionary step. Many of the guides, healers and teachers who held the energies of compassion, wisdom and understanding on our behalf to allow us to evolve from our former tragedies, have been from Telos! Many were from other Lemurian cities as well. For a very long time, their assistance, their love, their acceptance of us has been for many, myself included, the only Light that shone in a very dark place within our heart and soul. Our connection to them was the bond that has carried us higher and higher into the consciousness of love and true brotherhood. We now invite humanity to do the same.

We live beneath the region of Brazil because of the highly crystalline nature the Earth in that area. We are here now as guardians of these energies to keep them from being manipulated again by those who do not reflect nor understand the Divine Plan. Whereas in the past, we would have insisted to utilize the tremendous force of this energy for power, dominion and control, today, we are its protectors. It is now very appropriate for us to be the guardians of those energies because we have a very great understanding of those energies, and we have also experienced the negative effects of their misuse. We can follow their flow with great perceptivity of observation. We do this in service for our Lemurian brothers and sisters, which we now consider to be our very dear “family.” They are the synthesizers and harmonizers of this energy at this time of planetary transformation.

In many aspects, our lifestyles are very similar to those of Telos. All of us hold positions of responsibility within our community. We also spend much of our time in service to the planet and to our brothers and sisters now incarnated on the surface at this time. A great deal of our work consists of programming many of the crystal tools that are emerging on the surface at the present time. We have the technology to create from the organic structure of the subterranean levels of the earth a new form of crystal that emits a much higher vibration of energy than what has been previously available on the surface.

These crystals are now beginning to surface and will interact with the environments into which they are introduced to provide a detoxifying effect on all levels of denser vibrations. They are very open to the conscious intents of the individuals who wish to work with them, and will work with all who ask them. However, they will express only one intention at a time, and only within the vibrations of the Divine Plan. This is the first layer of healing tools that will begin to emerge in a near future. These crystals will also reflect the color vibration of the individual person who will currently be working with them, and may change color vibration if or when transferred to a different person.

Our buildings in Posid are made of a very similar crystal material. This energy has greatly contributed to the healing of our toxic emotions, as well as the toxic emotions of the Earth herself where we live. We hold in our hearts a great desire to be of assistance to the surface populations when the appropriate time emerges. We wish to contribute and support you in the creation of your own cities of Light with these same healing materials. In addition, these crystals will be available to heal your soil, the re-energizing of all your food supplies and many other uses.

We want to assure all of you that all of us hold a very great desire in our hearts to manifest in all of our actions and interactions with you, the love and the compassion that is needed to recreate a united civilization on this planet. It is our most heartfelt goal to assist the manifestation of this unity of consciousness in all of Her dimensions and realms. We wish to experience with you again, face to face, the love that will bring the highest joy and grace to all of you living on the surface, sharing this planet with all of us living within the earth’s interior.

It has become appropriate for us now to say that in the higher realm of the fifth dimension, Atlantis and Lemuria are fully manifesting the energies of the original plan for these continents. Atlantis representing the energies of the Divine Father and Lemuria representing the energies of the Divine Mother were meant to work together in the consciousness of divine union, to assist in love and unity of consciousness, not only the people of their respective continents, but also to become loving guides and mentors, role models of unity for other civilizations evolving here, younger souls with less experience.

In recognition of the many lifetimes that many of you have spent attempting to distance yourself from the original vibrations of Atlantis, we ask you to work with us now on a simple meditative exercise. We hope this meditation will assist you in cleansing the vibrations of old, so that the new vibration may seed itself in the evolving consciousness of the planet.

There are many skills and technological resources that were created in Atlantis that many of you have direct knowledge of. It is now time for these technologies to resurface, albeit in a vibration of love and service, not ego and power. As you clear your resistance to old energies and experiences, all that was good, all the wonders of Atlantis will rise to the surface through you.

The continent of Atlantis, as with the continent of Lemuria, will not rise again in the physical. It will be reborn instead through the energies of those who are incarnated at this time. The gifts and resources of these civilizations will be recreated and re-manifested, in new and shining forms, by those of you who are living on the surface today.

We invite you to journey with us now into the crystal heart of your soul. Envision a glowing center that resides behind your heart and transmits energy in undulating, pulsating waves throughout your bodies and into the energy field of the Earth herself. Your crystal center vibrates in resonance with the crystal center of the Earth. As you focus on your own crystal central sun, reach out with your knowingness, with your love, to the crystal central sun that sits in the core of Earth.

Follow the trail of energy as it leaves you and travels into the Earth and watch for the images that appear along these waves of energy. These images may appear to you as colors, or sounds. They may be scenes from the time of Atlantis. They may be geometric shapes or the images of people you have known. In each instance, reach out to these images, bathing them and surrounding them in the pulsating waves of love that are emanating from your crystalline sacred heart.

Do not try to explain or interpret these images. That knowledge will come in a time of its own choosing, when appropriate. Simply envelope these images, these energy transmissions from the time of Atlantis in the overwhelming love that you now offer in service to the planet and humankind. Bring each of the remnants of these orphan energies into the oneness that exists between your central sun and the central sun of the Earth.

Allow the pure energy of the Divine to heal and reform these energies. Allow and surrender to the Divine plan that holds all of us in its loving hands. And most of all, allow yourself to release eons of pain and sadness, of guilt and shame. You who are incarnated now are not responsible for the errors in judgment that were made during the time of Atlantis.

You are not responsible for righting any wrongs, for in truth, there were no wrongs. There were merely the lessons learned by a civilization that had chosen a path of understanding. And that path involved one of the greatest collective initiations ever presented on this planet. We who lived in the time of Atlantis, and many of you were with us, did so with the life choice that we would experience from every angle, the separation between mind and heart. We chose experiences that heightened that understanding, and we entered into them by choice.

Today, we reach out again, in greater knowingness, to communicate to you all that we learned. We ask those of you who were there with us to also reach out with your understanding from these times, and communicate the same to those living around you. We do not wish to recreate the Atlantean cities of old, but we wish to create with you new communities; communities that grow and evolve from the love that we share and the desire to do this together.

We will never again introduce to you technologies that will create a separation of mind and heart. We will only bring these technologies into your consciousness when you yourselves have reached an anchored vibration of love and community. You will then create these tools again in the fourth or fifth dimensional plane of your existence. You will also add to them new and wonderful tools and technologies of your own.

We have learned much wisdom from our previous civilization that perished because of our lack of vision. We are longing to share what we have learned with those who administer your surface governments at this time. With open hearts, we invite all of you who desire and all those who have connections with us from your incarnated experiences on our former continent, to visit us here in Posid. Visit us in your etheric bodies and study with us the consciousness that lead to the fall, and eventual destruction of Atlantis. We now open our doors and have created special quarters in our city to receive all of you who wish to reconnect and interact with us. We invite you to come and observe, with love and without attachment, the weaknesses and imbalances that were created then, and to carry these lessons back to the surface, where the wisdom gained can imprint the consciousness of those who now govern your dimension, and have inclinations to create the same mistakes again.

While the halls of visitors and nightly classrooms of Telos are overflowing with an ever-increasing number of you, almost doubling your number each month by the thousands, enjoying your new training and reconnecting with so many former friends and family members, ours are almost empty. With great anticipation and love, we invite you to come here in your dream states, and visit us also in our Atlantean abode. There is so much our hearts long to share with you. We promise to give you just as pleasant and heartfelt reception in Posid than you are receiving from your Lemurian brothers and sisters in Telos. As much as you are longing to reconnect with your Lemurian family, we are longing to reconnect, heart to heart, with all of you as well. Nearly all of you, if not all, have had several incarnations in Atlantis as you did in Lemuria, and we consider you as well, our former family members.

The former exquisite beauty that Posid once held in the physical has been replicated by us in the fifth dimension, and of course, with a much greater level of beauty and perfection. You will be just as delighted to visit Posid, as you are Telos and other Lemurian cities. We also live a life of magic and para-dise that we wish to share with you in a near future.

The doors of Posid are open for all of you now who wish to rekindle the friendships of the past. Eventually, we will also play our role in association with the Lemurian emergence to the surface, and be once again, walking among you. Mariages in Telos

Many of you are wondering about how we view our romantic relationships, and if we have marriages and families like yours in Telos.

Since we live very long lives and our potential to have large families is great, careful planning for the benefit of all is of utmost importance. Unlike surface folks, no one is allowed to start a family in Telos until they have gained the maturity and the readiness to initiate such an important step. We do not allow children birthing children, so to speak, like you do on the surface.

We have two different types of marriages in our society. The first one is a ” bonded” type of marriage where two people who are attracted to each other romantically decide to unite in a bonded marriage union that is not considered necessarily permanent. They get married and live together to learn from and with each other, to grow in maturity together, to experience life, and to enjoy each other to the fullest. And this, they do only as long as they are both deeply happy and satisfied with the relationship. There is no obligation for them to stay together, and these unions are not necessarily a lifetime commitment.

Couples engaged in a bonded marriage are not allowed to have children. The raising of children is not the primary goal of these marriages. These marriages may last anywhere from a few short years to several hundred years or longer. Birth control is not an issue for us. The birth of a child is considered a very precious and grand event for the incoming soul, and a child or a baby is conceived by “invitation” only. We have no such thing as an unwanted pregnancy in our society. A woman in Telos would get pregnant only by intention to do so, and only after serious and well-planned preparations.

In a “bonded” marriage, couples may end their relationship at any time they wish, without hurt and obligations toward each other, and start another relationship if they wish. This way, no one stays in a relationship for the wrong reason like you do on the surface. Every couple in Telos is very happy because there is no reason to stay together unless there is a deep love and satisfaction to be with each other. It would be unthinkable for any of us to consider staying in a relationship unless there is total harmony and fulfillment. These marriages are considered part of the many experiences that life and evolution offer. When a couple feel they have come to the completion of their time together, they thank each other for the time they have spent together on the path of life, and they move on; always remaining very good friends with each other thereafter. All they need to do is to apply to the Lemurian Council of Telos for dissolution of their marriage, and it is always granted without any dilemma.

Our second type of marriage is a “committed marriage.” It is only in this type of marriage that couples are permitted to have children, and apply to bring a new soul into the community. After a couple has been involved in a “bonded” marriage for several decades or a few hundred years, they may decide that they have experienced each other long enough, they know with absolute certainty that their love for each other is so flawless and long-lasting, that they now wish to make a lifetime commitment to each other.

Since we have become immortals, a lifetime commitment for us would normally mean a very long time in our society, extending into thousands of years. In a committed marriage, there is no more dissolution of the marriage that you would term a divorce. It is no longer an option. For this reason, a couple already in a bonded marriage for a long time has to be very sure of their decision toward each other before they would choose to engage in what is considered a permanent relationship. They stay together until such a time that one of them or both are ready to move on to a higher realm of evolution or service. In this case, one or both would leave Telos to go to the planet or level of their choice. This would happen only after a very long time of their life together, and after their original family has matured to a few generations.

In this type of marriage, one, two or sometimes three children may be born. The gestation period for the mother-to-be is 12 weeks only. The couple has already lived together a very long time in a bonded marriage. They have done and accomplished whatever they wanted to do and experience together as a couple. They are now ready for the next step, having gained enough maturity and know-how to hold such a privilege and honor of staring a family if they wish.

In our society, we have no orphans, nor children who are abandoned or raised with the difficulties a single parent has to face on the surface. Our family life is so carefully and wisely planned, that our children never have to suffer such traumas as being unwanted, neglected or abused. Each child is considered a precious gift from God, loved and honored not only by the parents, but also by the whole of our community. Our civilization is fully aware of the sacredness of the role of bringing forth children, and this undertaking is never taken lightly and without appropriate training. Only to our more mature and more evolved people is the privilege of bringing forth children granted, giving birth to noble and more advanced souls; thus perpetuating an enlightened civilization.

How to Raise One’s Consciosness

I AM Adama from Telos. How to raise one’s consciousness is a broad subject, dear ones that could fill an entire encyclopedia if written in books.

The answer to this question is like a diamond with several thousand facets, each facet representing an avenue in which you raise your consciousness above and beyond your present understanding of what life is about on this planet.

Before you would want to raise your consciousness, perhaps you should ask yourself a few questions such as:

What does it means to raise my consciousness?
Why would one want to do this?
What happens when one raises their consciousness?
How will it affect my present life?
What could be the results of such a spiritual journey, that literally never ends?
Once you start contemplating the answers to those questions deeply in your heart, you are already starting the process. Your own GodSelf will step in, in the measure you will allow it. It will start sending you some promptings and guidance to assist you with the process. And it is a process, dear ones. It unfolds increment by increment according to your own unique pathway, and according to the level of action and intensity you are putting in the process.

Once you develop a more expanded understanding for the questions above, raising your consciousness will become so much easier. You can almost make a fun game of unlimited discoveries with it.

Let me give you, if you will, a brief description for each one of these questions, and I leave you with the homework of expanding these concepts a thousand times more; not so much in your mind, but mainly in your heart. Your heart, dear ones, is the supreme intelligence of your soul.

What does it mean to raise or expand your consciousness?
It means to start becoming more conscious at all levels and aspects of your life. No more living on automatic pilot.

It means to stop the madness in your life, at least for some period of time each day, in meditation or contemplation for the purpose of exploring the “real Self.” Start opening yourself to all possibilities. Explore the wonders and the glory that are contained within yourself, around you, in nature and everywhere on your planet and in this Universe. Explore the intricacies and complexities of other kingdoms on this Earth that you never paid attention to before. Explore your heart and discover the golden angel that lives within it that is the GodSelf of who you truly are, another aspect of your eternal identity.

Start exploring the vastness, the wonders of Love and Patience of the being whom you call Mother Earth. She ensouls and provides life, intelligence and energy for every living particle on Earth, including all kingdoms visible and invisible. Your Earth Mother is the One who, for millions of years of evolution, has provided for you Her body for your platform of evolution. As you honor Her and Her body, she is one who can assist you mightily in raising your consciousness and vibrations.

Start now the most wondrous journey of self-discovery of who you truly are, as an unlimited divine being having a temporary human experience.

Why would I want to raise my consciousness?
The human experience has been rather difficult and full of challenges on Earth for the last several thousands of years mainly because the level of consciousness surface dwellers on this planet have fallen to. You have allowed yourself, very gradually, to descend from heights of glory of higher consciousness of the first three golden ages to your present way of life that are not outpicturing the divine being that you are. In general, humans have lost their contact with their own GodSelf, and in many ways, you are still worshipping a God outside of yourself.

As you raise your consciousness again to the level of your GodSelf, embracing your divinity in its full extent, all your former gifts that are your divine birthright will be restored. You will, once again, be able to demonstrate in your daily life the ease, magic and grace of the unlimited God that you truly are beyond the veil.

You will raise yourself up forever above the pains and sufferings of the present limitations you have been living with.

What happens when one raises their consciousness?
It will be helpful for you to spend time to become aware of how limited you are. Next spend time to contemplate the true meaning of freedom, and what freedom means to you personally. Decide what it is that you want for your life. How would you like to see your life unfold? What are your dreams? What would you like to manifest or become with your present incarnation? What are your goals? Do you realize that you can have it all when you raise your consciousness above your limited perceptions? This is how we have created such a paradise and a life of perfection in Telos. We opened our heart and mind to perceive the perfection and limitlessness that were intended as a way of life on this planet.

This is how it was for three long eras of golden ages on this planet millions of years ago before the fall in consciousness. The fall of mankind is not about the eating an apple by Eve like some of you still believe. This is an allegory or a metaphor. The fall was about a compromise in the high level of consciousness that was attained in those days. It was created by a desire to experience polarity and separation from God. This created a rift in the perfection that existed at the time, and the knowledge of the magic of high consciousness gradually began its descend into that rift of duality that you are now experiencing. Your former knowledge has been lost to your outer awareness, lets us say for millions of years.

This means, beloved ones, that you still possess this knowledge in the deep recesses of your soul and subconscious mind and that you can resurrect it back to your present awareness. As you let go of the erroneous and distorted beliefs that have limited you for so very long, you will be able to remember your former state and totally manifest it in your present physical life.

How will it affect my present life?
As you start raising your consciousness, your desires, your interests and your priorities will change. You will start to realize that you, and only you, is the creator and the prime authority for your life, in spite of all other external appearances. You will use your new awareness and the knowledge you are gaining by the expansion of your consciousness to create a new reality for yourself, the one you always wanted, with no limitations.

You will start creating a life surrounded with more beauty, more joy, more ease, flow, love and happiness that you could ever thought possible. And this is how raising your consciousness will affect your present life. Gradually, as you start opening your hearts more to the possibility of this new reality, as you start clearing your emotional and mental bodies of old belief systems that no longer serve you and keeping you in your present limitations, all your desires and your dreams will start manifesting as your reality. You will be free to live the kind of life you always wanted, no matter what it is that you have desired.

What could be the results of raising my consciousness?
The results are infinite and unlimited. In your cosmic evolution, you will continue to raise your consciousness forever, unto eternity. You will recognize your real identity as an eternal and immortal God/Goddess, as a child of Love, created by Love. You will know that from Love you came and to greater and greater Love shall you ever expand into. You are the child of the most omniscient and glorious God, created with all the same attributes, a duplicate, if you will, and nothing less. Your loss memory will be restored.

Even if there are rocks or boulders to remove in the way; even if there are thorns to love back to smoothness, steep climbs to conquer at the beginning of your journey, don’t you want to move out of the small box in which you have been living in and explore what else can be available for you on your planet? This search for Truth could open for you a life of such great delights and wonders beyond your wildest dreams.

Ask yourself, are you an isolated civilization living on this planet or are we all brothers and sisters, born out of the Love of the same Creator? Are you alone or are you part of a vast and infinite creation with limitless diversities? As you come out of the little box you have been living in, you will certainly discover the “real world,” and you will realize that your little box has been an illusion, because you are not separate and you are not alone. You are part of All That Is, Love without end.

What does it mean to ride the wave of Ascension?
You are destined to eventually raise your consciousness from glory to greater and greater glories unto eternity. Most people on the surface are dreaming of going to heaven when they die. Now with the new cycle unfolding on this planet, you will no longer have to die to go to heaven. Heaven will soon manifest right here on Earth for all those who will choose to ride the wave of ascension. Won’t you start your most awesome journey now? Or do you choose to remain the consciousness of human shackles? Once you have deepened these questions, begin your sacred journey if you have not already started.

Open your heart and consciousness to the other kingdoms of the Earth. You will discover how magical and harmonious they are. Seek to understand who the animals really are and what their role is on this planet, and how they can help you also. Other than categorizing them by species, looks, size and breeds, humans on this planet know or understand very little about animals. Open your heart and mind to what is above, below and around you in the visible and invisible that you never observed. As you do this, you will start to open yourself to unconditional love and to such wonders, that you will be raising your consciousness with the waves of ascension energies that are now flooding this planet.

Your ascension to Freedom, your crowning of the thousands of life times spent on this planet, laboring and evolving is now at hand. Never in Earth’s history has the ascension been made so easy as it is now offered to you at this time of ascension cycle for your Earth Mother. Won’t you ride the wave of ascension with Her? Your ascension to your spiritual freedom has been the goal of all your incarnations since the beginning of time. This goal has eluded you for so very long that most of you have forgotten that this has been all along the goal of each of your incarnations to take the required spiritual initiations that will eventually lead you to this goal.

Never before in all of Earth’s history, has the ascension to Freedom and to a life of Divine Grace been offered as a possibility to be attained in a few short years. Will you take it now or will you wait another 25,000 years for the next round of ascension on another planet, experiencing the same difficulties you have been subjected to for so very long? He measures around 15 feet in height, looks around 35 years of age, and has shining white hair. He added: not the kind of white hair caused by aging, but the kind resulting from the intensity of the white light within the heart. He is a scientist of nature and of creation, and has been living in the city of Shamballa most of his life. One of his favorite subjects is to talk about the quality of “harmony” as a main key to attain the level of consciousness to be admitted into the ascension celebration.

He is also one who has over-lighted with his presence, guided and assisted in the establishment of the city of Telos 12,000 years ago, when the Lemurians first moved there. He assisted and counseled them the 5,000 years prior to that, when they first began to prepare the city to be habitable, once they knew that their continent was destined to be destroyed.

Zohar tells me that in the beginning, no one in Shamballa knew for sure what could be expected from this new Lemurian civilization joining the Agartha network inside the Earth. It was decided then in Shamballa that the new comers needed to be monitored very closely.

Zohar tells me that after spending a lot of time in Telos, in the last 12,000 years, that he truly holds a great fondness for that city of Light and Love. What the Lemurians have achieved there in so little time comparing other earth’s interior civilizations who have been there much longer, surpasses by far all expectations that any planetary or intergalactic council could have ever imagined 12,000 years ago.

His words are: “I have spent a lot of time in Telos in the last 12,000 years, especially at the beginning. I have grown to love this place as much as I love my own city of Shamballa. Even now, I still spend a lot of time in Telos, but no longer for the same reasons as before. Now I go there, no longer to monitor their progress and their development, but simply because I love and enjoy so very much being in this wondrous city of Light and in the presence of its inhabitants. The beauty, the abundance, the brotherhood and the creativity that exist there in such perfection illustrates better than anywhere else the miracles that Love and Harmony can achieve when a civilization and her people decide, as a collective, to embody fully that Love of the Creator. Telos and her people is an outstanding cosmic example of the wonderments that Love can accomplish.”

He also tells me that he came to the surface a few times in the past for a short period of time, and that he enjoyed very much meeting and talking with the surface folks. He added: “My heart is longing, as well as the heart of your Lemurian family of Telos, to be able to walk again among all of you, as a brother, and offer to all of you my guidance and wisdom.”

Greetings my beloved brothers and sister, this is Zohar.
Thank you Aurelia for asking me to have a saying in your book; I am really please to offer my energy for such endeavor. Let me say this. In order for this world to be enlightened entirely and be lifted in the Light, it is of necessity that everyone living here must take on the persona of “harmony.” Everyone must do this; it is a requirement. Otherwise, those who will not will be dragged down by their own arrogance. They will acquire sicknesses created from their lack of light and they will simply die, mainly because they will not have the capacity of being happy in the new world. Understand?

This is now your choice, beloved ones. Either you choose to make it, or you don’t. The outcome of your evolution is entirely depending on your own choices that you make each day, and each moment of the day.

The surface populations are now getting close to what is called “The Gathering.” Know that the powers that be in this world, the powers of the shadow side, the Illuminati, are trying to stop this at all cost. Know that the more they are trying to stop it, the more you will know that you are doing it right and getting closer. Understand?

The governments of your planet do not yet realize that the people who live in the interior have been there such a long time, much longer than their limited mind could ever imagine. They do not yet realize that it is not them who are in charge of this planet, and that their time for ruling is soon coming to a dramatic end. Their bubble of illusion will soon be shattered, and their cycle of accountability will be born.

It is now time to distance yourself from all those who do not seek to embrace harmony in their lives. All those who wish to embody harmony or wish to be accepted into the family of Telos must do the following:

You must strive to remain in a state of harmony at all times, with all of creation and all of nature. For without harmony, there is discord. Then with discord there is destruction.
Regardless of what people may do or say, you “must remain in harmony.” If someone tries to hurt you, then bless them, and do not let them be part of your reality.
If you encounter disharmonious situation, then distance yourself. You have no obligation to remain where harmony does not reign.
Seek truth and harmony at all times, and do not ever again allow yourself to deviate from this course or you will self-destruct. Those who will continue to resist the new energies now flooding your planet will not be able to do this much longer. The new energies are now getting so very strong and intense to bring about the changes and transformations you have been all waiting for. Those who will resist will self-destruct.
You should no longer entertain feelings of discord and guilt. Never be sorry for what you are or what you are going through to balance your debts towards life. Rather strive always to improve yourself.
Harmony should be the number one quality in your life, and be assured that it will pave your pathway for admittance into the Halls of Ascension. You will know when you have reached that level because then nothing will bother you. Whatever people say or do to you, it will not grieve your heart one way or the other.
Someone who is in total harmony is totally happy with Creation. That someone holds total acceptance of what is. When you become that, you are ready for your ascension.

Questioner: Adama, you revealed that you are involved in grid work. We would like to know what grid you are working on and what is your role in the grid work.

Adama: Blessing Master Teachers, for you are all truly masters who have joined together in this Grand Experiment, for this is the first time that consciousness has been raised in this manner through the integration of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies concurrently.

I am involved in an energy grid inside the planet that works together with the physical crystalline structure on the surface of the planet; these grids have to do with the planet herself. The energies from that grid go out from within, and form an etheric grid around the planet. It has to do with the vibrational raising of energy, tying in with planetary shift, even with astrology such as times when activations take place when the magnetic and other planets move into proper position to allow those shifts to happen.

This grid is also connected with the Piscean energy, and has been used to hold the Christ energies. In the past, it has been used to hold these energies of the planetary grid until such a time that they can raise up again. As they begin now to shift into the Aquarian energy and we begin to turn back towards the Great Central Sun through the raising of consciousness, it is no longer necessary for the energies to be held here. These energies are now shifting to a more Aquarian, to a more feminine vibration or feminine expression of them. This does not mean that the masculine is being lost. It means that the both polarities are being integrated. The vibration that comes out of Lemuria, especially out of Telos is in itself such a generator of energy, because of its positions within Mount Shasta, where all energies that are being showered on your planet from the galactic cores and the Milky Way are hitting the planetary grid here in Mount Shasta which is the main entry point for this planet. From here, in matter of seconds and less than a minute those energies hit in succession all other major planetary points of the grid, which are situated on mountain tops, and from there are distributed over the rest of the grid. Each grid has various entry and exit points. The exit points are the areas where that energy is disseminated to other grids and the rest of the planetary energy pathways on the planet.

The grid that has been created by the Lemurian consciousness and love is also being mirrored in each one of you. This grid is being integrated into the sacred geometries of your bodies. The intention is to set a focus for the higher energies of divine purpose. There is a division now of energies on the planet, a division between personal and global consciousness. Although both levels of consciousness are in truth one and the same, for the time being there is an individuation between the two to allow the vibrational shift in each individual through free choice. This understanding was reached by the Lemurian High Council to reinforce on a cellular level the true dimensionality of this shift, and to fuse it into the collective consciousness of the human race.

Prior to this decision, it was thought that the global shift could happen with a series of infusions of energy to the planet herself, and through the planet to you. But you are as such the cells of the body of the planet, and we understand now that you must anchor and integrate the vibrations individually to fully account for all of the unique permutations of human consciousness. The DNA matrix (or crystalline grid) will shift in a slightly different manner for each individual, and in doing so will hold the full spectrum of vibration that is needed for a true global shift. As energies then harmonize for larger and larger groups of individuals who have accomplished their individual shifts, the global shift will happen in ever increasing waves.

There is a sound that accompanies this shift. It generates from the etheric realms, but it can be heard on this plane. We call it the “singing of the soul.” Harps and lutes cannot produce as beautiful a sound as this wave of love that stirs from the soul and tickles the vibration of the heart and the eardrums simultaneously. We have a 3-stringed instrument in Telos that is played by caressing the strings, rather than plucking them, between the thumb, fore and middle fingers. This vibration is a bit different, but resonates in the same spectrum as the soul songs. It is most beautiful and inspirational.

The grid changes, the DNA matrix changes that are taking place in each one of you will allow your own songs to be heard. Each of you has your own song, and we sing them in recognition. They are like the other titles and names that you have that signify who you are by vibration. We truly celebrate you as you rediscover your songs. We grace your dreams with reminders in song to help you on your path.

Questioner: And our love joins together with yours for the grace of all.

Adama: My work has to do with holding and feeding to this grid the higher fourth and fifth dimensional energy vibration that is slowly being brought up on the planet from within. We work within the planet to help the energies rise through the planet itself so that you can feel it coming up that way, and we also send it out to key points through the north and south poles and other key points. This way, it gradually creates the energetics around the planet, and also feeds down to the Earth herself.

My role is one of administrator, an organizer of energy input and releases. I am an architect of the grid. As such as the structure of the grid itself is in place, there will be further modifications made to it, as enhancements in the flow of energies, a constant work in progress.

There are many, many beings that are also working with the grid. There have been references to different grids, but they are all as such multi-dimensional layers of one huge, extensive grid work, which is all being incorporated together now.

Questioner: What is the difference between the Kryon grid and your grid?

Adama: Different energies work with different components of the setting-up of it. The Kryon grid works primarily with the magnetic energy. We work with the crystalline grid, but it is also the coming together of different groups who have worked with all these energies over a long period of time to put the different components of this grid together. The new grid has been created as a result of the participation of many, many different energies. The Elohim, many extra-terrestrials energies such as the Arcturians, the Pleadians, the Andromadians, the Venusians, etc. that have actually come from other places, and so many other energies that have come in different ways. As we are all parts of a whole, it is now being formed as one whole that will work for and with the planet.

On those grids that are being put together, there are different entry points and exit points. There are different parts that work with different areas and there are different uses that can be brought to it at times. This is ultimately creating a new energy source around the planet that will be able to harvest and to hold all these wonderful energies that are being sent here. These energies are not coming in just as boom transmissions, but energies that will continue to form and hold around the planet. It is an ongoing process.

Questioner: Are they planning to restore the planet to its original perfection or is it going to be beyond that?

Adama: It is certainly the plan, and it is hoped for that it will be much beyond what it has ever been. But there is still now a question about how the planet is going to actually evolve, because again, this is coming through the planet Herself. There are many ideas, there are many ways that we wish to work with the planet, but so much of it is conditional upon a shift of the human consciousness that can allow these things to happen. There is actually a need for a much greater shift in the feminine energy on this planet, such that you are not continuing to tear down what is hoped to be built-up again.

At this point, there is again a real question, almost like a healing crisis that happens with individuals in terms of how far can we go? It is also a matter of what you choose to do to assist this process and how you choose to live with this planet. This is what we are waiting to see before we can go further with some of the work. There is so much that is going to happen in the next ten years in terms of energies and consciousness rising. It is important to see communities come together and show their full support to the Earth.

Questioner: As far as your emergence to the surface, are you going to wait until the consciousness has shifted a great deal or are you going to come out sooner?

Adama: We are planning to come out in different ways; we have a plan. We would like so much to see humanity starting to live from the heart all the time versus of having people hold off with a wait and see attitude. Some people who hear about us rationalize this theory with their minds and what others have to say, and decide they will believe our reality when they can see us in front of them. Our eventual emergence has much to do with everyone raising his or her own level of love and light vibration. Our connections will come in many different ways. When people’s heart connection with us will be more constant, then we will be there in the physical in a more constant way.

Our emergence will start very slowly with secret meetings with small groups of those who are very opened to us, whose level of vibration is maintained at a fourth dimension awareness at all times. As more and more people open up to their own God-Self and to unconditional love, the circles of those with whom we meet will gradually expand. Also know that these meetings will not take place in a third dimensional vibration. You will certainly have to meet us half way in your love and light vibration. As the energies continue to shift on this planet, this will soon be possible for many of you drawn to this material. We have by now witnessed such great heart openings and received such a great heart-felt welcome and love from the French populations by the publishing of the first and second book, that it is giving us great hopes that within the next couple of years, we may be allowed by the galactic federation to start small clandestine physical gatherings with those who will reach the level of vibration and purity of intent to be able to be in our presence. We ask you to let go of the old 3D distorted energies and move on to the new with love and joy. This is your key. It is with great anticipation that we are waiting your greater awakening to unite with you once again.

Fountain of Youth and Immortality

Adama, please talk to us about the Fountain of eternal youth and immortality. Are you saying that it is created by our thoughts and intentions?

Of course, but this is only one aspect of it. If you truly desire to attain this level of perfection and state of consciousness, you must first desire it with all your heart, mind and soul. This is your first key. Around the clock, every day of your life, you must also set out and renew your intentions to reach that level of perfection, engaging all your spiritual faculties until you reach your goals.

Constancy is your second key. The “on and off” attempts have never brought much results. Maintaining absolute constancy in your intentions and the willingness to do what is required to attain that state cannot be emphasized enough.

The fountain of youth and rejuvenation you are seeking lies within you always. It is there, waiting for your awakening and your awareness of it. The keys to find it have never been secrets. In fact, they have been known all along, but you have ignored them. For eons, you have been more interested in finding it through an external source, a quick fix that would substitute a true spiritual transformation. This is your third key. I ask you now: Have these external sources work for all of you, my friends? Have you succeeded in your society to eliminate aging, illnesses and death? Or are you building more nursing homes, hospitals and medical clinics?

Very rarely on the surface up to now, a person has been willing to apply the keys of transformation to the extent that it brought them complete DNA transformation and immortality. Nevertheless, over the ages and millennia, there have been a few exceptions. Your DNA is another key to your fountain of youth and infinite vitality, the fourth key. It evolves at the speed that you evolve your consciousness and increase your love quotient. Your body is a mirror of consciousness. As it evolves, the body will begin to mirror the new consciousness you have attained. The fountain of youth has always been there inside of you, but you have to evolve your consciousness to activate it.

Your thoughts, your words and feelings bring the subject of the fifth key. What is the quality of the internal dialogue do you entertain within yourself moment by moment? Does it reflect what you desire to attain? After you have done a few minutes of affirmations each day, what thoughts do you occupy your mind with the rest of the day? How well do you monitor your thoughts, your feelings and the words you speak to yourself and to others with each now moment? How do you feel about yourself and your body?

Once you evolve your consciousness to the state of immortality, you will find that it simply happens effortlessly. You will find that aging only makes you wiser, more mature and stronger. Yes, we become older in age, and we do it with grace, nobility and dignity, as masters. This is also your destiny to reach this level of mastery. Maintain your physical prowess, agility, and strength by all the means you know. You will find that the more you do, the more you will always be able to do. Don’t let age or what people say limit you. You are unlimited beings who have forgotten.

The Fountain of Youth you are seeking is a state of Being, not so much a state of doing. To activate this wondrous fountain, you must first unite with it and then become it. This is your sixth key; and a most important one as well. The true fountain of youth is a fountain of Pure Light, a fifth dimensional tool. In order to activate it within self, you must increase the light in all the cells of our physical body and also in all your other bodies and more subtle bodies. You must cleanse your emotional body of negative human emotions; you must monitor your thoughts and begin to think like a master does. If you are not sure how a master would think in any given circumstance, go in meditation and ask that question. What would a master do, how would a master view this and what is the action a master would take? How does it feel to be a master of divine expression like our brothers and sisters in Telos? Your heart knows all the answers and it always has. You only need to consult it and learn to tune in again to that wisdom.

Begin to consider your bodies as “magical forms”, see them as the most versatile machines that were ever created that can do all you want them to do without pain or limitation. They can even teleport anywhere in this universe almost with the speed of light whenever you have attained that level of consciousness. It is up to you to change the perception you have held regarding your bodies so far, and to learn how to utilize the full physical potential that these vehicles are endowed with.

Begin to live your new truth and the results you are seeking will follow. It cannot be otherwise. This is the seventh key. In this regard, the fountain of youth is real. It is located in your very own mind and heart. You will be surprised and joyous when you discover how easy it is to maintain your youthful appearance.

Emergence Update

Many of you already know that a great number of us are planning to eventually emerge to the surface when enough of you are ready and willing to receive us along with our teachings. It will be our pleasure to reconnect with all of you face-to-face and teach you all we know.

We will teach you how to create a life of magic and paradise for yourself, and your loved ones, right where you are. We ask you to assist in spreading the awareness of our presence within Mount Shasta to all of those whose consciousness is ready to receive this information. Do what you can to support our emergence to the ” surface,” and it is my promise that you will never regret it.

We notice that many of you want to know time and dates; some of you are almost getting impatient. We ask you to understand that the time of our emergence does not depend on us; ” we are ready.” It is the surface folks, the collective, who are not yet ready to receive us. To come out prematurely would be defeating the purpose of our emergence and would create definite setbacks.

What will be required of us for you to come out?

First of all, we monitor and register the love and light quotient of the surface population. We measure the level of compassion and heart opening of the collective. At this time, it is about 65%. In order for us to come out, it will require a percentage of about 90%. This is only one of the factors we examine. There are several others we also consider very important. Much will depend on the level of consciousness and evolution of the collective, their awareness of higher ­vibrations of love, and their willingness to live their lives as divine beings.

You are now embarked on the grand adventure of ascension. Those who will be able to stay on the planet beyond the next decade are those who have chosen to embrace their Christhood and Divinity. Personal and planetary events are going to become your mentors to assist you in that direction. After millions of years of evolution on this planet, our Earth Mother has chosen to move on in Her own personal evolution and to take along with Her those of humanity who are ready to make the same choice.

As a result of her choice, the Creator has given the Earth a mighty dispensation of Light and Love. Your planet is now flooded with new energies unlike ever before. These energies are increasing in intensity, velocity and frequency with each passing day. Seven major gateways have opened from the Creator Source in 2002 that will greatly transform your planet by the year 2012 and beyond. In a hundred years from now, your planet will be totally transformed.

Each of those gateways contains a number of sub-gateways and portals that all of you must pass through in order to move on to the next step. By 2012, or perhaps a bit sooner, many of the ” initiates” will be lifted to a fifth dimensional reality, in a world of magic and paradise. In a little while, your planet will be transformed enough to become almost unrecognizable according to your present standards of living.

The intensity of Light is increasing daily. This will assist you in the great transformation that is needed in your passage into the most awesome and greatest adventure of all of your lifetimes together. The bottom line is ” you will have to embrace your Christhood or get off the planet.” For this, you will be given more assistance than ever before.

This is the meaning of the second coming. All life on Earth will soon return to the original perfection it was endowed with at the beginning of Her creation. There are other planets like Earth where people are still enjoying separation from God and the way of violence. There will be many new alternative choices for the souls who decide to stay behind.

What does this have to do with our emergence? Beloved brothers and sisters, we are looking forward to joining with you as much as you are with us. We will not come to the surface until the majority of the people on this planet have embraced love, compassion and harmlessness towards all life forms and all kingdoms. It will also be required that a certain percentage of the population, not yet determined, will be aware of our emergence and welcome it. These are two main factors that will determine the time of our emergence, and there are several other considerations that will also come into play.

With the events that will soon be surfacing for all of you, we hope that by 2006 to 2007 or shortly after, there will be enough positive changes in the heart of humanity, and the political scene, that we could begin to emerge to the surface in greater numbers to assist you, along with your Earth Mother, in going the rest of the way on your ascension process.

When you are tempted to ask us dates for our emergence, we turn the question back to you by asking you if you have yet met the requirements. Dear ones, when will you and the collective be ready to receive us? It is really up to you to do your homework and prepare yourself and others who are open for the awesome experience of our emergence among you.

Do you have an emergence plan?

Yes, we certainly do. We have an emergence plan that must remain undisclosed, one that will unfold with top secrecy and in a clandestine way. At first, in various places, we will meet secretly with small groups of people to give them direct teachings and transmissions of our love and energies. These small groups will then go out and transmit our teachings to others who are ready and willing to hear. As more people become ready to meet with us, the circle of those with whom we will meet will become greater and gradually grow to large groups.

As this momentum grows, more of us will come out to assist. When enough of these groups are formed around the planet, and their members have kept their covenant with us, we will then gradually allow more and more people to meet directly with us, until we have totally emerged among you.

It might also please you to know that several of our people are already doing wondrous work in your dimension to prepare the way. None of them are allowed yet to identify themselves to ” surface” folks. They are here incognito, and this is the way it must remain for the time being. Unless your vibration, alignment and motivation resonate with a fifth dimensional consciousness, they will not contact you. Many of you are under the impression that we will come in your vibration, but this is not the case.

The second wave of our greater emergence will not take place in the third dimensional frequency.

The rest of us are not planning to lower our vibration to your level. Except for those who are already living in that level of vibration, though we will be tangible among you, not everyone will be able to see and interact with us directly. Understand that we may be physical, but we vibrate at a frequency that is much higher and faster than yours, thus invisible to most of you as yet. Until then, it is your job to raise your vibration and consciousness at least two-thirds of the way to meet ours. This means that you will have to elevate your vibration to almost a fifth dimensional level in order to meet us consciously.

This indicates that when a greater number of us will be mingling casually among you, at first, there will be those who will perceive and see us, just as tangibly as you see and perceive each other. There will, however, be the majority who will not. Gradually, it will come to pass that more and more ” surface” folks will raise their vibration to the desired level, and will join the ranks of those who can see and interact with us.

We will then have an engagement together, if you choose to meet the conditions. With open hearts, we are waiting your readiness. We bless you and hold each one of you very dear in our souls.

We are the children of the storm; we are the children of the fire. We are the children of the rain. We meet you in your dreams and want you to know that we love you. We like to sing to you of times to come and of times remembered, when we will be once again united as one. The soul never repeats, it only remembers; and then sets out again to create a song for all of us to remember. We want you to know your song and the elements of who you are as we journey now, across time and space, in all of the colors of the rainbow, to join you. We sit at your feet as you guide us; we stroke your heads with love and comfort as we guide you. We are the children of all nations on Earth. We are the children of all races and many planets. We are the children of galaxies still to be born, and those long forgotten.

We send our message of peace and understanding through every flower that greets you, and every bird song along your path. We stand arm in arm with the divine host and gather our message into one loving, glowing stream that reaches out like a crystal fog to touch each heart; each vision of tomorrow. We broadcast a vibrating, sparkling energy of forgiveness, and unconditional acceptance for all beings of the Earth. As your heart and your inner knowingness pick up the frequency of this broadcast, we ask only that you listen, that you feel the pulse of our energies in your soul.

When we speak, we speak with your voices as well. And when we sing, you hear words long forgotten that you once sang. You feel our melodies caress your soul that once we sang together, and you begin to create new melodies from the old. We all sing together as a choir in a harmony which has never before been experienced. As we sing and create these new songs, the whales, the solar wind, and the legions of angels join us. And as we sing again, with voices that grow stronger with each passing day, all beings rise up in celebration of this new vibration as it encircles the planet. We celebrate with a joy that has long been lost, but today is reborn in each one of you.

Some may ask how long it will be before the planet quiets, before the battling and anger are replaced with brotherhood and shared service. And we tell you that each day, that time draws closer; for in truth it is already here. What you conceive, what you pray for has already happened in the time of your choosing. We wander through what seems like bleak times and yet they are in fact the brightest. For the song has started anew, and once begun cannot be stopped. The family and friends from Inner Earth and distant stars, that you hunger to rejoin, are already singing with you. It is just for you to recognize again the frequency.

Listen for the tones that we send you. You will hear them with your ears and think them to be your imagination or the product of mechanics. But they are not; we are contacting you in our soul. We are reorienting you to recognize this frequency in your everyday world. You may hear a ringing or a chime. You may hear harps or a background of soft voices. You may hear a buzz or a simple tone. These sounds may last an instant or go on much longer. Know that it is the children reaching out to you. Playing back to you the song that we are all singing, training your ears and your human minds, to once again recognize and communicate this vibration.

When you are in bed at night, and the world of man-made objects around you is quiet, reach out with your hearing and your heart. Call to us with your intention and we will answer. Listen for the song that is beckoning us all home to a wonderful gathering of loved ones. You will hear it clearly then. And soon, the sound will become familiar and a part of your waking hours as well.

Sing with us and sing to us. Sing about us as we sing about you. Our love for you knows no boundaries, and our hearts play with yours always.

PS. Please take note that this message from the Children of Telos, as a collective, is not necessarily given by young children, as we perceive children here on the surface. In Telos, beings are considered in a way still “children” at the age of 200 years of age. When beings are less than 200 to 300 years of age, in a way, they are children comparing to the elders who can be anywhere between 10,000 to 30,000 years in the same body.

Greetings Beloved Ones on the eve of your last Valentine’s Day in this millenium. From our abodes within Mt. Shasta, Adama and myself, El Morya, wish to bring you a message of Love. Our message is also another wake-up call, dear ones. Time is getting very short.

In his last message, Adama mentioned a certain state of consciousness or attitude where so many precious souls of Earth allow themselves to live their lives on “automatic pilot,” a state of spiritual slumber, where the personalities are not wanting to consciously create their future reality and live their lives with “determined intentions” to follow the nudging of their souls.

Because we love you so very much, it is our great desire to greet all of you at the portal of the 5th dimension around the year 2012. As we open wide the portal for your entrance and lay the golden carpet for your coming, it will be our delight to bid you welcome to the realms of Light and Love. What a wondrous and joyous day this will be for Us and for those of humanity who will make it to this Door! What a happy reunion it will be for all! A great reception is being prepared. There will be the shedding of many tears on that great day; but this time, dear ones, they will be tears of pure joy and ecstasy.

Can you imagine, just think for a moment, the joy you will experience when you will meet once again, consciously, in your immortalized body, face to face with your loved ones who have departed from Earth during your life time. There will be those you have loved dearly in your present life, and also those whom you may not remember at this time, but who are souls you have also been close to and loved just as dearly in past lives, that you have known for millennia, such as your eternal friends and other members of your soul family who love you so profoundly.

As we transmit this information, we already feel the joy and excitement this wondrous day will bring. Your loved ones are waiting to embrace you once again with much expectation. They will all be there near the Door, robed in garments of Light and Glory, waiting to receive you in their arms as you enter in.

As our channel, Aurelia Louise receives these words from us, tears are rolling down her cheeks from the thought of joining again in a few short years with the souls of Light who were her parents in this present life, and other members of her family who made their transition to the “other side” during her childhood. As she writes and wipes her tears, they are also present here with Us watching and sending their love, very much looking forward to the day of the Great Reunion.

It will be so wondrous that the whole Cosmos will be watching. I repeat myself again, it is the greatest desire of the spiritual hierarchy of this planet and your Father/Mother God to see all of you make it to this sacred portal as you qualify for its entry.

Beloved ones, out of our great love for you, we of the spiritual hierarchy, wish to remind you once again that there is a “code of entry” that is required for entrance into the 5th dimension. There may be a lot of jokes in your world about “Peter” standing at the gate of heaven and deciding who will or will not be allowed entrance into the Kingdom. Well, my friends, this joke on earth is not so much of a joke here. There is more truth to this than any of you may conceive at this time.

I say this because there is a gate or a portal one must qualify for admission. I, El Morya, was embodied as the disciple Peter in the time of Jesus. Now I have become the Chohan and the Guardian of the first ray of the Will of God for the people of Earth. This means that I AM also the guardian of that portal.

The will of God, dear ones, is the first portal one must enter in order to progress in the right direction on the spiritual path. Unless you are willing to surrender your human ego and human personalities to the Will of God, to be refined and transformed into the Divine, there is nowhere else for you to go on a true spiritual path. This is the first portal and know there are six others that you must qualify for before you can reach the door of the 5th dimension for your planetary ascension.

To make it through this first portal, you have to take my classes at night on the Inner Planes (while your body sleeps) or take classes from my co-workers of the Will of God who have volunteered to assist me at this time. You have to pass my tests in your waking time before you can move on to the next portal. Many of you reading this message have already moved through this first portal in this life or in the past and some of you have made it through other portals as well. We deplore the fact that there is still a large percentage of humanity who are living their lives on “automatic pilot.” They have no idea where they are going, why they are here incarnated on earth, nor do they want to hear about it. They live their life from day to day, with no conscious direction, their minds and hearts scattered to the four winds, following a path of least resistance and spiritual slumber.

On the threshold of such a magnificent occurrence, an event that humanity has been waiting and longing for for hundreds of thousands of years, there are still so many of the precious souls of humanity who have never yet presented themselves for counsel at the entrance of the portal of which I am in charge. Myself and co-worker Adama, the high priest of Telos are joining together to see if we can give you one more “wake up” call. Time is getting so short now that if you have not yet made it to the portal of the “Will of God,” we want to let you know that it is still possible for you to catch up and make it through all the other portals “on time” if you choose now to do so.

You have no more time to waste. You must wake-up now and start very diligently applying spiritual laws in all aspects of your life, living by the concepts of Love in all aspects of your life, letting go of all your fears and preconceived ideas about God, and be willing to embrace Truth, the truth that you have been avoiding looking at. Become the God that you are, right now, by becoming Love in action in all you think, say and do. Love is the only shortcut you can take in your ascension process and the greatest key; love of Self, love of God and love for all the family of earth, all kingdoms of earth, including the animal kingdom. Love and honor All that breathe the Life of the Creator. Love unconditionally without any judgment. Let go of duality and embrace the way of harmlessness. With enough Love in your heart, you can make it through all the portals to the ascension door ….on time. Be assured it will not happen for those who continue to live their lives on “automatic pilot.”

All who will make it to the ascension door will have to pass the tests of the seven initiations required to possess the codes of entry to qualify for planetary ascension. Each one of those seven initiations has seven levels of testing. It used to take several life times of diligent application of spiritual laws to be able to make it through a few or all of those initiations. At this very unique time of earth history, there is an unprecedented dispensation by which each soul, with serious and diligent application, can make it in a few years. I, El Morya, shall be there, as the “Peter” that you are familiar with, along with the rest of the spiritual hierarchy of this planet and your loved ones to welcome every one of you “Back Home.” I AM your Eternal Friend, El Morya.

We in Telos live in the consciousness of the ascended state of the 5th dimension, although we live in 3rd dimensional bodies like you. Our DNA is more evolved than yours has been in the last few thousand years, and we live in a frequency that is much higher than yours, which is the frequency of Love. Because we live such long lives, a very high percentage of the people in Telos have gone through the ascension process at soul level, and choose to remain in physical bodies that portray the highest expressions of a 3rd dimensional life. We do not have the same physical limitations that you have been living with. Our bodies are strong and healthy, and we do not know disease. Most of us can teleport anywhere we want at will, and manifest whatever we want, whenever we want it. We also have conscious access to the Universal Mind, a gift that has been long lost on the surface of this planet. Actually, we live the kind of physical reality you are all dreaming about and longing to experience.

We are looking forward to the day that we can come out and teach you our way of life so that you also can live a life of wonders, love, peace and prosperity as we do. We are yearning to share with you all our little secrets that will make life so wondrous and so much easier for you! We ask you to be open to receive us.

In fact, many of these books contain much of the information you are getting on the Inner Planes at night. By getting the information consciously on the physical plane as well will speed up your understanding and progress.

The sooner you “remember” your true identity in God and apply yourself consciously and diligently to “Be” the God that you already are, the sooner you will have your “Immortal Freedom.” Love, Love and Love. When you are “in Love” and generate enough Love around you and within you to dissolve all the negativity of your creation, you too will be an ascended being. As Earth Beings, We are one Big Family

Greetings, my dear brothers and sisters of earth’s surface! For those who do not yet know me by name, I Am Adama, the High Priest of Telos, the subterranean city under Mt. Shasta, where one and a half million of us, Lemurians, are residing. It is my great pleasure to communicate with you at this time to remind you of our love for all of you and to give you a little update on our emergence plan.

In Telos, we are noticing with much delight the rapid changes that are occurring within the spiritual grids of our planet. We are also perceiving the amazing awakening that is taking place within the consciousness of humanity. Dear ones, as much as you may not yet see the full picture of this wondrous progress from where you stand, we in Telos have the necessary technology to be able to, not only see this progress, but to make daily graphs of it on our amino acid computers. We can chart the progress made by mankind day by day in any area of your surface. Each day we notice more people awakening to their divine purposes and mission. The very fact that there are so many of humanity that are now awakening to a better understanding of their Divine Nature, we also know this awakening is no longer reversible and your victory is assured. It is only a question of how many Earth years it will take to reach critical mass. Dear ones, we can honestly tell you that it is happening even faster than ever expected by the spiritual hierarchy.

In Telos and all your brothers and sisters of the “Earth Within,” which is a very vast empire of many civilizations, are watching this expansion of consciousness with great joy and anticipation. We are supporting you with our Love and our Light. We are almost like children who are counting the number of days before Christmas; the “Christmas” of our “Uniting” in Love and Brotherhood as one big Earth family. We are watching with delight and wonder the awakening taking place each day, and we know that the time uniting for our two civilizations is finally becoming very close after so many years and centuries of physical separation. When the time of our emergence to the surface comes, it will be a time of love and great rejoicing for the many, particularly for those who are consciously aware of our presence within the Earth and have such a yearning in their hearts to greet us in their homes and finally talk to us face-to-face. The wonders of our “Great Encounter” will be even greater than the magic that Christmas holds for so many of you. Know that we long to be with you physically as much as you long to be with us. Because we are family, it is a mutual desire.

We are also watching the Lightworkers, who have embodied at this time, accomplishing this wondrous mission, leading the way of this grand awakening. You are like brave warriors of Light and we are holding you so preciously in our hearts. It is with gratitude and profound love that we salute and honor you. .

The time of our emergence is no longer in the far-away, distant future. It is almost at hand, dear ones. We are no longer looking at decades but just a few short years at the most. Unfortunately, we cannot give you dates, as we are not the ones who are deciding the exact time or date of our emergence. We will come when the spiritual awakening has reached critical mass, not sooner. Shortly we will be granted permission to, once again, start mixing with a limited number of surface people. This exchange will begin to open the pathways for our eventual emergence to the surface, joining both civilizations as One Big Family of the Children of the Mother.

We are beings of love, we live a path of love and we want you to know that we have much love for all of you. When we come, we will be able to teach you a way of life that will help you establish very quickly the foundations for a permanent golden age of enlightenment, love, peace, beauty and prosperity for all on this planet. We will assist you in ushering this golden age that you have been longing for so very long. Just prepare by loving each other more, by seeing each other more like brothers and sisters. In your mind and heart, begin to be receptive to allow us to become your guides and mentors, and I can make you the promise that you shall never regret it.

For the last 12,000 years that we have been living underground, we have established a foundation based on the consciousness of love and true Brotherhood in the subterranean cities, and in Telos. Over these thousands of years, we have been refining the structures of our societies to more and more be in resonance with Divine Principles in every aspect of our lives. Beloved ones, we have witnessed your pains and struggles long enough. It is with much gladness and expectation that we are waiting to come out and show you the way to manifest this reality in your world, so that never again, will there ever be any more suffering on this planet for humanity or for any of the other kingdoms evolving here.

It will not take 12,000 years to accomplish this with our help. We already know how. The melting of our energies through the magic of “Love” can and will bring these wonderful changes for you. Be willing to open your hearts to us and trust that we are not only your friends, but your brothers and sisters of long ago. At soul level, we all know each other very well. We were all family at one time on the continent of Lemuria and it has not changed.

We send you much love from Telos. Love is in great abundance here. We have no problem generating it, and it allows us to live in great opulence. We hold you dearly in our hearts. Until we meet, keep practicing the art of true love which starts with loving yourself. May you all love each other and all of creation as precious jewels and expressions of the Love of the Father.

Animals in Telos

In Telos, we have many species of animals that we saved from extinction. When we knew that our continent was going to be destroyed, and we built our underground city to preserve our lives and all ancient records of our civilization, we also saved a few of every species of animals that were in existence at the time. In this regard, we can be compared as an earlier, but much more extensive version of the biblical story of Noah who saved in the Arch two members of each species. Most of these species are still alive and in our care to this day, except for those who have chosen as a species to return to their place of origin.

The demise of Lemuria happened at least 1500 years prior to the sinking of Atlantis, and the number of species we saved was much larger, by far, in number than the one recorded in your bible history as the final sinking of Atlantis. At the time of the sinking of Atlantis, many of the species of animals present prior to the destruction of our continent were already extinct from the surface.

We say to you that animals embody again and again, just like you do. Their embodiments are always extensions of a much larger whole. All of us, including the animals, are extensions of a vast Being of Light, so vast and so wondrous, that you will stand in absolute wonderment the day you open up to the understanding of your true Divinity. It is referred to as the concept of multi-dimensionality, a concept that remains very difficult to be fully comprehended by the limitations of a third-dimensional mind.

God in his great Love and Nature of constantly creating is forever extending and expanding Himself in a wider and wider spectrum of various manifestations. The animal kingdom is just one among many of these infinite expansions. All are part of God, dear ones, ALL. When you allow yourself to hurt one part of Life (God) you are hurting the whole, including yourself.

On the Inner Planes, all animals have great intelligence, and they are very different than you could ever imagine in your current awareness. Some of them rule worlds and planets. Animals live in many dimensions. All animals have an over-soul or a higher-self just like all humans do, but it is of a slightly different nature. The difference is that they are created to be part of another kingdom than you are. Thus, they are also extensions of a much larger body of consciousness, another aspect of Divinity.

Consciousness extends itself from the highest levels of the Godhead to the lowest level of the first dimension of the rocks and minerals. All are God in various expressions.

The higher the dimension, the greater is the understanding of Love and the more expanded the awareness. Animals are sharing your planet with you because, just like you, they have chosen to come here to have a third-dimensional experience. They have also come as helpers and teachers to assist mankind in ways you do not yet understand. Because they chose to come in a body that is different than yours, it does not make them inferior to you. Even if they were, there is no moral and spiritual justification for the way so many animals are presently being treated on the Earth’s surface. Their bodies are just an overtone lower than yours in your third-dimensional expression.

Let’s be clear on that. There is not the difference you have been led to believe for so very long. Many humans on the surface have used this excuse as a passport for animal exploitation.

In your limited understanding, you have allowed yourself to see many species of animals become commodities for selfish means or for profit. We say this is not what or who they are. The golden rule needs to be applied for all sentient beings, not just for the human kingdom. If you wish to move forward on the platform of your own evolution, you can achieve it only by according unconditional love in words, thoughts, feelings and deeds toward all life forms and all kingdoms living on this planet.

Love is the only key.
There is none other. There is not a speck of creation that has not manifested through love. Thus, there is not a speck of creation that you can choose “not to love” if you wish to move forward.
In the spirit world, animals function from the fourth and fifth-dimensional levels. They are all connected to a higher body of Light. All humans are also connected to their own Higher-Selves, referred to as their “I AM Presence,” existing in higher dimensions and also living in the heart of each one.

The Higher-Self of your being, your own God-Self, is a glorious, great intelligent, powerful being of unlimited perfection and splendor. This is really who you truly are. Your third-dimensional life on Earth reflects only a very small portion of the Divinity of who you truly are.

In creation and in the Higher Realms, there is no such thing as lesser, lower, better than, not so good as, etc. These are all labels of limited human awareness. All are equally loved, and considered as expressions of God in constant motion (evolution.) There is a difference between you and the animals, but it is not what you have been led to believe. My friends, in the subterranean cities, we have much respect for animals and we consider them as our younger brothers and sisters on the ladder of evolution. We treat them with the same consideration we would like to receive for ourselves.

Let’s say that in a human family, for example, there are 10 children. Would you say that the younger ones are inferior to the older ones just because they have less life experience, and do not yet know as much as the older ones? Would you say that the younger ones are not deserving to be treated with as much love and consideration because they were born later than you and can be rightfully abused, just because they are not yet as developed as the older ones?

I would think not, because you know very well that in a few years they will catch up. So it is, my friends, with the animals. In the hierarchy or family of the body of the One God, the animals who share our planet are the younger members. It is my expectation that you will understand the point I am trying to make. Everything in creation has consciousness, from the greatest to the smallest. Ultimately, all are considered equal.

As I mentioned before, we have in our care in Telos a large number of species of animals that have been extinct from Earth’s surface for a very long time. Other civilizations who have been underground longer than we have also hold in their care a large number of animal species who have been extinct from the surface much longer. We have many species of cats of all sizes. Their sizes vary between five to six pounds to several hundred pounds. We have species of dogs and horses who are more evolved than the ones you know on the surface, and who will bring you much delight when they will eventually be allowed to emerge among you.

Most of our animals are larger than the ones you now have. For example, many of the big cats are almost twice the size of the ones on the surface. Many horses are larger, but some have retained a size that you will really be able to enjoy.

Our animals are very dear to us. Be assured that they will not be released into your hands until violence is totally eliminated from your world.

Be assured that we will not take the chance of releasing any of them to the surface civilizations as long as there is the slightest possibility for any of them to be hurt or receive less love than they are accustomed to be receiving here.

We recognize the unique intelligence each species of animal comes with, and we have no need ever to try bringing them into any level of submission. They are docile and willing to please. Telepathic communication is all that is needed for us to have total cooperation with them.

On behalf of all civilizations of the Earth Within, I say to you that it is with great joy and anticipation that we will watch all of you, our dear brothers and sisters, open your minds and hearts to the animal kingdom and start changing the way you have been perceiving and treating them.

We send you our Love, our Light and our Friendship. We are very much looking forward to the time of our emergence to the surface, to be once again with you, to shake your hands and to teach you what we have learned from living for thousands of years in the vibration of Love, Peace and Brotherhood without the interference of wars, control, greed, fear, manipulation and endless bureaucracy.

The time is soon at hand for our two civilizations to unite in the spirit of a grand cosmic family after thousands of years of physical separation. When we emerge from our subterranean abodes, through a maze of tunnels leading to every country and city of the planet, it will be a time of great rejoicing for all those who will open their hearts and minds to receive us.

It will be for the “deliverance” of your struggles, pains and sorrows. Our intentions will be to help you create the kind of life you have been longing for so very long. Together, we will forge a very bright future for all of us, citizens of the New Earth. It will be a win-win situation for all. We are your senior brothers and sisters, and we love you all very dearly.

Notes on the Civilizations from the Inner Earth

There is still a lot of fear around the concept of the subterranean cities and civilizations living inside the earth. I have come to the awareness that there are many people who still have the misconception that the Inner Earth people could be potential enemies. This is so far from the truth!

One must understand that the Inner Earth people are beings of Great Light that have gone underground at various stages of earth’s long evolution because of the negativity and warring that was taking place on the surface. They chose to continue their evolution without the burden of negativity and they have been there for thousands of years living a life of Love and Brotherhood and have forged for themselves a permanent Golden Age of Enlightenment, the kind we have been longing so much for. They understood a long time ago, the true meaning of “Brotherhood”, and their concept of Brotherhood is also extended to the beings of the animal kingdom and the deepest respect for the “Earth Mother.”

They know very well about our existence on the surface and they are holding a great balance of Light and Love on our behalf. Believe it or not, if we compared our civilization with theirs, the way we live and treat each other, they could easily view us as being still very primitive, entrenched in violence and warring. In many places people are still killing each other for control and manipulation, for financial gain and greed purposes, or sometimes just because of various viewpoints, religious or simple skin color differences. We are still killing animals for our food, poisoning the food we eat before we eat it, poisoning the soil, devastating the forest, draining the earth of its valuable oil, polluting the air, the rivers and the oceans. As a race, we are very selfish, always trying to take more than we put back in. And to add to this human arrogance, many on earth have the misunderstanding of viewing the beings of Light and Love from within the earth as potential “enemies.”

We have not yet understood that the animal kingdom is here to share the earth with humans “equally,” that they have as much right to live their existence in peace here as we do without being subjugated by us. Animals have been ordained to be here by the “Creator” for very specific reasons, many of them for our benefit; but the earth was meant to be shared with them in a brotherly and loving partnership, not ownership. After millions of years of evolution we still have not understood who the animals on this planet are and what they are about. We still think that besides using them for food and “profit” / “benefits”, they have no other purposes. We have no concept that they are our younger brothers and sisters on the ladder of evolution and this concept still offends the narrow minds. Animals are a different expression of the Creator but nevertheless another facet of God’s Love and they have a right to share the earth “equally” as cohabitants. They are also the beloved “children” of the “Earth Mother”; they represent one of her many kingdoms and ultimately, they belong to her. They are loved and nurtured by Her equally. We have not yet understood that we need them as much as they need us, they are our friends not our slaves. Just because they are different, it does not mean that they are inferior or less important than we. How overbearing are we towards the animal kingdom! We have no right to “own” them for our selfish purposes and dispose of them without gratitude for services rendered. A civilization is judged by the way the people treat their animals. It does not say much for us surface humans, for the way we have been treating our animals on this planet. We butcher them for food, we enslave them, cage them, chain them, experiment on them, destroy their habitats for the purposes of building more houses, more shopping centers, more of this and more of that. We want more and more for ourselves, always “needing” more because we are still looking “outside of ourselves” for true fulfillment and to have all of our “needs” supplied. We have not believed the words of Christ when He told us that the “Kingdom,” All That Is, The Door of Everything is Within Us.

The Inner Earth Beings know everything in detail about all of our doings here on the surface. They monitor us very, very carefully with technology we cannot begin to dream about. They are waiting for us to “mature” before they can come to the surface and teach us. Our negativity and way of life is not enticing to them. They are very much looking forward to the day they can merge with us again. But they are waiting for us to become “more civilized” among ourselves and have more respect for the ecology of the earth and Mother Earth Herself.

As a matter of fact, the Inner Earth people are beings of such magnitude and love and are so much more advanced than we are spiritually and in every way, that we stand like “toddlers” in front of them. If they came here openly now to help us out and teach us their ways of brotherhood, they would be killed very quickly by the “powers that be.” It has happened before. Around 1947, I am not sure of the exact date, the U.S. military had attempted to invade the city of Telos under Mt. Shasta with machine guns and their war equipment. What do you think their intentions were? The Telosians have not since been permitted by the Galactic Federation Council of Twelve to mix with us, surface people, and they have to abide by those rules. They used to be seen around the Mt. Shasta area at the beginning of the century but they are seen no more. It is my understanding that they make very few exceptions and for good reasons. It is really up to us if we want the benefit of their love and company among us, to grow and mature and make ourselves “worthy” and “deserving” of their presence.

In comparison, we can think of them like university professors looking at “toddlers” that would want to learn from them. Until we master the art of true living and honor the earth and the sanctity of life, we could not begin to understand and be able to accept their ways. We are not ready as a race to receive them and they know this. Of course, many of us are exceptions to this and it is with much longing and great anticipation that we are waiting for their appearance among us. The mass consciousness here on the planet is still living in fear and the consciousness of “enemies” and may not be able to accept them at this time. There are the few of us who are ready and we are the ones preparing the way for their coming. We are the way showers. Until we stop our “violence” towards “ALL” facets of life, and begin to live the way of harmlessness, they consider us “violent” and they will not come.

We still fish and hunt big time, not for necessities but as a “sport.” How unaware and backward can humanity still be, in 1999, one year before the new millennium and 2,000 years after the coming of Christ who came to teach God’s way of love and non violence. There are still many killing animals for the “pure sport” of it without any consideration or thought for their lives and their destiny and their reasons for being. They buy hunting tags or fishing licenses from government agencies to get licenses to “kill” other life forms of the children of the Earth Mother. We choose to ignore that she is not supporting only the evolution of “humanoids” on this planet; the animals are just as dear to her heart, they are also her beloved children. Without the Earth Mother, we would have no platform for evolution, as she is hosting us and the animals, “equally.” She has tolerated with love and endless patience for hundreds of thousands of years our abuse of her “body” and her “kingdoms” We think we “own” everything here without being accountable, and we can just use it and trash it as if there is no tomorrow.Actually, we are the “steward” of the earth and we will be judged by the quality of our stewardship and be totally accountable. It is our initiation! When we cease our trashing of the “earth” and its inhabitants, and cease our violence and move into “harmlessness,” we will see the Inner Earth people emerge from within and greet us with love and show us a better way of life. They will teach us how to build a Golden Age of Love, Prosperity for all and Eternal Peace. It is up to us to prepare, to open the way for their coming. They have been waiting for us to get out of our “diapers” so to speak much too long.

Although the vast majority of Inner Earth beings or subterranean cities are Cities of Great Light, there are unfortunately a few places inside the earth that are places and cities of darkness and inhabited by the sinister forces and not desirable by any means. These people are not the “real” Inner Earth people. Many are the people from our Secret World Government, military bases and other civilizations of darkness that have fled there in the last 100 years or more and some longer because all their other attempts to escape the earth “safely” have failed. Because of their darkness, they have discovered to their great dismay that they will soon have nowhere else to go but face their accountability. Their attempts to move to the moon have failed. They discovered that the moon is inhabited by other civilizations and that they were not welcome. Have they told us that? This is secret information that is gradually seeping out. The secret government has and are now building cities and colonies inside the earth that are usually not very far from the surface for their coming and going.

Have you heard of “Alternative 3″? Alternative 1 has failed, Alternative 2 has failed and Alternative 3 has failed. It was so scary for the members of the secret government to see the plans of escape, that they have prepared for hundreds of years fail 3 times, that they are now working on “Noah’s Ark Project and this is “underground.” I beg you not to try to find them or approach them because you would not live very long or would be taken as a prisoner to be treated as a slave to do their dirty work. But these are not the “Inner Earth” people we are talking about, they are our present Secret World Government, One World Government Order, Military Alliances, and “surface people” who are trying to plan their escape when the Light of Almighty God will finally shine on this planet. “They know” now they will have nowhere to go, nowhere to escape; and neither will you if you are not “now” choosing to live the way of harmlessness and love. Mother Earth herself has revealed in a channeled message that when those days will come, she will find a way of evacuating those people as well. Those not serving the Light of Almighty God will no longer be tolerated on this planet.

Yes, the real “Inner Earth” people are beings that we can trust and who love us very dearly and see us in the light of true brotherhood. But beware of the other kind, of the sinister force. This is where discernment becomes important. Be at peace, for the days of the sinister force encampment inside the earth is now “numbered.” It is my sincere hope that within 10 years from now and perhaps sooner, we will see our Brothers and Sisters from inside the earth, emerge to the surface by the thousands, coming to help us out in a time of much distress and transition. I ask all of you reading this material to rejoice for those days, and to prepare to welcome them into your heart and home. Can you imagine the great joyous event when the two main civilizations of this planet, the ones from the inner core and the surface people, reunite in love and brotherhood after thousands upon thousands of years of separation? Can you imagine the wonderful “party”? It will be so divine, the whole universe will watch. And for us, it will bring our liberation! Alleluia!

Lemurian’s View on the Benefits of Living Underground

A while ago, I was asked to describe, as well as I could, some of the reasons the people of the Inner Earth, or the various civilizations living in the hundreds of underground cities have chosen to live in this manner, and still choose it to this day.

Over twelve thousand years ago, when the continent of Lemuria sank beneath the waves of the Pacific Ocean, about 25,000 Lemurians, part of those who escaped and survived, went to live underground, underneath Mt. Shasta, to the city they named Telos. The project of building this underground city was started several centuries prior to the sinking of the continent. The Lemurians and the Atlanteans knew for a few thousands of years ahead that their continents were doomed to eventually sink, and they painfully prepared for it. Telos was prepared to save 200,000 people but only 25,000 actually made it on time to the underground city before the land sank underneath the waves.

At the time, this was a very painful and challenging direction they chose to make for the sake of saving their lives, saving most ancient records and treasures, and be able to continue their evolution peacefully, without the burden of the tremendous negativity and wars that were destroying the surface of the planet and its people.

After the sinking of Lemuria, and then Atlantis, a few hundred years later, the shock to the planet was so great, that the Earth shook for almost two thousand years. For 300 hundred years, the debris floating around the planet was so dense, that it greatly dimmed the light of the sun to the point that it became very cold on the planet. Plant and animal life became rather scarce, and the growing of food very difficult. Life on Earth became almost unbearable for the longest time, and so difficult, that a large population of people who remained on the surface eventually died.

For 200 years, earthquakes were constantly so violent, that large segments of the surface liquefied as clay, and formed a sea of mud, engulfing whole cities overnight, all over the planet. Tidal waves were so large that they went as far as 1,000 miles inland, destroying everything in their way. The cities that were not engulfed by the sea of mud or by the tidal waves, eventually shook to rubble by centuries of constant shaking. Hunger and diseases were rampant everywhere. There are places that survived, yes, like Egypt for example, because they were aware that these cataclysms were going to happen, and they had the wisdom to start building their cities accordingly ahead of time. But for most, it was the desolation of almost total destruction in most areas on the planet. It was easier at the time to live underground than it was to try to make it on the surface.

Those who went underground, the survivors of these cataclysms, were able to gradually, little by little, develop a way of life underground that was far superior and wondrous than what surface people were subjected to. At the time, various bands of marauding extraterrestrials came to dominate and prey on the people of Earth who were struggling to survive as peacefully as they could. The extraterrestrials were not the only ones who caused a lot of negativity on this planet. The majority of the people of Earth themselves had fallen into a very low level of spiritual denial. They were also warring and preying viciously among themselves. Love, compassion and true brotherhood had become something of the past, forgotten by most people of Earth´s population. Mankind, in many areas, regressed to the level of cavemen and warring savages.

Ever since, people of Earth have never stop completely warring against each other. There has been eras of peace and love, but they never lasted very long. There were always those who came to disturb it, and put an end to it through attacks and destruction. Even today, at the very dawn of a new permanent golden age on this planet, there are many who still live in the consciousness of fear, violence, enemies, control of others, manipulation, wars, intolerance, taxation imposition, deception, greed, etc. One needs only read a newspaper or watch the news to relate to what I am writing about here.

Those of the Lemurians who were committed to their spiritual evolution, and who desired to remain faithful to their heritage of peace, love and brotherhood found it easier to live underground than to be subjected to the harshness that existed on the surface. It is that simple of an explanation.It was not only harshness of the weather that made life difficult on the surface, but also the harshness of how humanity had come to treat each other.

I am sure there must have been a long period of adaptation for those who went underground to live. One must understand that it was out of necessity, rather than an enjoyable choice that originally forced the Lemurians and other underground dwellers to select to live inside the Earth. By doing so, they also joined and received some assistance from those beings from the Inner Earth who had been living underground for much longer periods time; for some, hundreds of thousands of years, who had vacated the surface to live underground for very similar reasons in other eras of Earth´s history.

Following the sinking of the continents, people of Earth did not learn their lessons well, and many continued in their ways of darkness, greed, control and warring. When the continent of Atlantis sank under the waves of the Atlantic ocean, it is my understanding that the disturbances caused to the body of the Earth was even greater than the disturbances caused by the sinking of Lemuria. The story of “Great Flood” that the bible talks about is really one of the phases we know of the sinking of Atlantis.

Life underground had much more security, stability and peace to offer then than life on the surface. Until today, this fact has remained the same. We, on the surface, are still living in duality, and the Inner Earth people have evolved to a level that we can hardly conceive with our human mind. The underground population, in general, has reached such a high degree of spiritual development that they have truly reached an ascended master consciousness, and our ways of life on the surface is not at all enticing to them. I can venture to say that they want to have nothing to do with the way we live. To them, it is too primitive!

They have learned the total mastery of energy in every aspect of their lives. They have conquered the decay of disease and death by succeeding to immortalize their physical bodies. They can maintain youthful bodies for thousands upon thousands of years without any sign of aging. They control their weather by their constant harmonious thoughts. Erratic weather patterns on the surface are caused by nothing else than the erratic emotional patterns of the people on the surface. I don´t care what our scientists tell us, the elements of nature manifested by weather patterns, pleasant or not, is another facet of Life that mirrors mankind´s proper use or misuse of energy.

If we want to control the weather to our advantage, there is only one way! As a race, we need to learn to control our thoughts, our emotions and practice unconditional love towards every particle of life on this planet. The day we learn to keep our thoughts and emotions on the vibration of Love, Light, Joy and Brotherhood, we will assure for ourselves perfect weather without the need of interference from our manipulative governments.

The “underground” people have understood this principle a long time ago. In the subterranean cities, since everyone lives their lives only to the precepts of Love and true Brotherhood, they enjoy perfect weather every day of their lives. The weather remains for them like a constant spring, an even temperature of around 70 to 75 degrees all year round.

We need to start perceiving that the kind of weather we are getting on this planet, as a barometer of the thoughts and emotions the mass consciousness holds. The extreme hot and cold weathers are very good indicators of the extreme negative thoughts and feelings of humanity in general. When all of humanity returns to the ways of love, we will create the kind of balanced weather we want. The weather on this planet, controlled by the elements of nature, represents nothing more than a giant mirror of the emotions and thought forms of the people living here.

In the subterranean cities, there are those who have evolved to a fifth dimension consciousness and those who have evolved to a fourth dimension consciousness, while retaining an immortalized body that is totally free of the human limitations we are still subjected to on the surface. All of them live in a kind of wondrous paradise they have forged for themselves over the thousands of years they have lived underground. Our ways of life here is very far remote from theirs. They consider us still very primitive in our ways of living, we way we structure of our societies, our governments, our legal system, our educational system and our healing modalities with the cut, burn, and poison system, etc.

Comparing to them, we, on the surface, are like toddlers still in diapers or savages in the jungle. They do not judge us, they still see us as their brothers and sisters; but they are certainly not interested to partake our ways of life. When we are ready to listen to them, accept them as our teachers without killing them, when we are ready to integrate their ways of life, they will come out to help us build for ourselves on the surface, the wondrous type of life they have forged for themselves inside the Earth.

“The day of their emergence to the surface will bring our liberation”.

They will teach us how to forge for ourselves a golden age of love, prosperity for all, immortality, true brotherhood they have built for themselves eons ago in their underground paradises. But until we willingly move into harmlessness for all kingdoms of Earth, they will not come.

Inside the Earth, the subterranean people live in houses that seem like very luxurious palaces comparing to ours on the surface. Wealth is unlimited for all. There is no money system, but a very effective barter system. There is no taxation of any kind, no I.R.S., no banking system, no credit card system, no realtors, no mortgage companies, no hospitals, no doctors because no one ever gets sick, no lawyers, no law enforcement officers, no labor unions, no prison nor mental institutions. There are no retirement homes because no one ever gets old, all can maintain perfect health, youth and vitality for thousands of years, until they chose to move into their next calling somewhere else.

Everyone is given one of those palaces to live in when they reach adulthood or start a family of their own. No one ever has to buy anything. They can acquire anything they want just by going to their various distribution centers and get it, just by the asking. Food is distributed fresh and wholesome daily in various distribution centers and everyone takes what they need. The food is “free”, fresh, totally organic with a high concentration of life giving minerals, vitamins, enzymes, oxygen, etc. that keep their bodies in such outstanding conditions. They would never think of poisoning their foods with an endless list of toxic chemicals to enhance growing or before they eat it like we do here on the surface. They must really think we are suffering from some kind of insanity or we are very backward to poison our soil the way we do, pollute our water systems, then our food with the 10,000 various kinds of toxic chemicals the food industry uses to give our food a better look and a longer shelf life. Our food must looks almost like rat poison to them, and they told me that they would not consider eating it. No wonder most of us suffer from one kind of ailment or the other!

In the subterranean cities, everyone works approximately 20 hours a week for the benefit of all. They are, for most, community projects oriented to keep the communities or cities running smoothly. All work is considered “equal” and “sacred”. On the same token, no one has to pay to acquire anything they want or need. Everything is free. Since their lives is absolutely stress free and they choose their work, everyone enjoys their work. All work is performed with love and with a high standard of excellence. They work in teams for most projects and since they are very harmonious among themselves, their work time is considered a lot of fun and very fulfilling. Everyone has a lot of free time to develop their own personal talents, their hobbies, their personal studies of interest and their favorite pass times.

In the subterranean cities, people are mostly vegetarians. The Lemurians under Mt. Shasta are totally vegetarians. No one eats any other, including the animals. All animals are also vegetarians, including the lions, tigers, panthers, etc. Because there is not the violence of the killing of the animal kingdom underground, their land is pure and very blessed. In Telos, they need only seven acres of land to feed one and one half million Telosians.

I could go on and on as to why people who live underground have no desire to live on the surface. Until our consciousness evolves in a more positive direction, or perhaps until we get out of our “diapers” and start acting like mature, evolved humans, honor the Earth and Her many kingdoms, until we become more responsible stewards for our Sacred Earth, our platform of evolution, and stop trashing Her body, until we stop killing each other and slaughtering our animals, we are continuing to be seen, not only by the various underground civilizations, but also by the numerous other inter-galactic civilizations, as primitive, unreliable, unpredictable and not safe to be around.

Need I say more? Myself, if I could move underground today and partake the kind of life the people enjoy inside the Earth, I would do so without hesitation and without regret. I also know the many who would come with me in a moment, so much are we longing for peace and true brotherhood.

Wake up, people of Earth´s surface. Together, let´s all join hands to create for ourselves this wondrous paradise all of us have been longing for, for so very long. Today, let us all embrace harmlessness, kindness, love, compassion, brotherhood, forgiveness for each other, for all beings of the animal kingdom, and for all of Earth´s other kingdoms. Let us start to do it right now, and in each moment of every day to come. Let us create a new beginning and prove ourselves worthy and ready to be physically trained by our “underground” brothers and sisters. Let us join with them in spirit in our daily prayers, and soon in bodies, that together, we can forge a new civilization of human beings on this planet who will equal the attainment and mastery that our brothers and sisters living underground have reached. Let us do it…now and know that if we all bind together to do it, very quickly, our two civilizations will unite again “physically”, in a grand celebration of Love and Light.
