We meet you in your dreams and want you to know that we love you. We like to sing to you of times to come and of times remembered, when we will be once again united as one. The soul never repeats, it only remembers; and then sets out again to create a song for all of us to remember. We want you to know your song and the elements of who you are as we journey now, across time and space, in all of the colors of the rainbow, to join you. We sit at your feet as you guide us; we stroke your heads with love and comfort as we guide you. We are the children of all nations on Earth. We are the children of all races and many planets. We are the children of galaxies still to be born, and those long forgotten. We send our message of peace and understanding through every flower that greets you, and every bird song along your path. We stand arm in arm with the divine host and gather our message into one loving, glowing stream that reaches out like a crystal fog to touch each heart; each vision of tomorrow. We broadcast a vibrating, sparkling energy of forgiveness, and unconditional acceptance for all beings of the Earth. As your heart and your inner knowingness pick up the frequency of this broadcast, we ask only that you listen, that you feel the pulse of our energies in your soul. When we speak, we speak with your voices as well. And when we sing, you hear words long forgotten that you once sang. You feel our melodies caress your soul that once we sang together, and you begin to create new melodies from the old. We all sing together as a choir in a harmony which has never before been experienced. As we sing and create these new songs, the whales, the solar wind, and the legions of angels join us. And as we sing again, with voices that grow stronger with each passing day, all beings rise up in celebration of this new vibration as it encircles the planet. We celebrate with a joy that has long been lost, but today is reborn in each one of you. Some may ask how long it will be before the planet quiets, before the battling and anger are replaced with brotherhood and shared service. And we tell you that each day, that time draws closer; for in truth it is already here. What you conceive, what you pray for has already happened in the time of your choosing. We wander through what seems like bleak times and yet they are in fact the brightest. For the song has started anew, and once begun cannot be stopped. The family and friends from Inner Earth and distant stars, that you hunger to rejoin, are already singing with you. It is just for you to recognize again the frequency. Listen for the tones that we send you. You will hear them with your ears and think them to be your imagination or the product of mechanics. But they are not; we are contacting you in our soul. We are reorienting you to recognize this frequency in your everyday world. You may hear a ringing or a chime. You may hear harps or a background of soft voices. You may hear a buzz or a simple tone. These sounds may last an instant or go on much longer. Know that it is the children reaching out to you. Playing back to you the song that we are all singing, training your ears and your human minds, to once again recognize and communicate this vibration. When you are in bed at night, and the world of man-made objects around you is quiet, reach out with your hearing and your heart. Call to us with your intention and we will answer. Listen for the song that is beckoning us all home to a wonderful gathering of loved ones. You will hear it clearly then. And soon, the sound will become familiar and a part of your waking hours as well. Sing with us and sing to us. Sing about us as we sing about you. Our love for you knows no boundaries, and our hearts play with yours always. We love you. PS. Please take note that this message from the Children of Telos, as a collective, is not necessarily given by young children, as we perceive children here on the surface. In Telos, beings are considered in a way still “children” at the age of 200 years of age. When beings are less than 200 to 300 years of age, in a way, they are children comparing to the elders who can be anywhere between 10,000 to 30,000 years in the same body.

El Morya &Adama through Aurelia Louise The Consciousness that Functions on “Automatic Pilot” is NOT Heading to the Ascension Door Greetings Beloved Ones on the eve of your last Valentine’s Day in this millenium. From our abodes within Mt. Shasta, Adama and myself, El Morya, wish to bring you a message of Love. Our message is also another wake-up call, dear ones. Time is getting very short. In his last message, Adama mentioned a certain state of consciousness or attitude where so many precious souls of Earth allow themselves to live their lives on “automatic pilot,” a state of spiritual slumber, where the personalities are not wanting to consciously create their future reality and live their lives with “determined intentions” to follow the nudging of their souls. Because we love you so very much, it is our great desire to greet all of you at the portal of the 5th dimension around the year 2012. As we open wide the portal for your entrance and lay the golden carpet for your coming, it will be our delight to bid you welcome to the realms of Light and Love. What a wondrous and joyous day this will be for Us and for those of humanity who will make it to this Door! What a happy reunion it will be for all! A great reception is being prepared. There will be the shedding of many tears on that great day; but this time, dear ones, they will be tears of pure joy and ecstasy. Can you imagine, just think for a moment, the joy you will experience when you will meet once again, consciously, in your immortalized body, face to face with your loved ones who have departed from Earth during your life time. There will be those you have loved dearly in your present life, and also those whom you may not remember at this time, but who are souls you have also been close to and loved just as dearly in past lives, that you have known for millennia, such as your eternal friends and other members of your soul family who love you so profoundly. As we transmit this information, we already feel the joy and excitement this wondrous day will bring. Your loved ones are waiting to embrace you once again with much expectation. They will all be there near the Door, robed in garments of Light and Glory, waiting to receive you in their arms as you enter in. As our channel, Aurelia Louise receives these words from us, tears are rolling down her cheeks from the thought of joining again in a few short years with the souls of Light who were her parents in this present life, and other members of her family who made their transition to the “other side” during her childhood. As she writes and wipes her tears, they are also present here with Us watching and sending their love, very much looking forward to the day of the Great Reunion. It will be so wondrous that the whole Cosmos will be watching. I repeat myself again, it is the greatest desire of the spiritual hierarchy of this planet and your Father/Mother God to see all of you make it to this sacred portal as you qualify for its entry. Beloved ones, out of our great love for you, we of the spiritual hierarchy, wish to remind you once again that there is a “code of entry” that is required for entrance into the 5th dimension. There may be a lot of jokes in your world about “Peter” standing at the gate of heaven and deciding who will or will not be allowed entrance into the Kingdom. Well, my friends, this joke on earth is not so much of a joke here. There is more truth to this than any of you may conceive at this time. I say this because there is a gate or a portal one must qualify for admission. I, El Morya, was embodied as the disciple Peter in the time of Jesus. Now I have become the Chohan and the Guardian of the first ray of the Will of God for the people of Earth. This means that I AM also the guardian of that portal. The will of God, dear ones, is the first portal one must enter in order to progress in the right direction on the spiritual path. Unless you are willing to surrender your human ego and human personalities to the Will of God, to be refined and transformed into the Divine, there is nowhere else for you to go on a true spiritual path. This is the first portal and know there are six others that you must qualify for before you can reach the door of the 5th dimension for your planetary ascension. To make it through this first portal, you have to take my classes at night on the Inner Planes (while your body sleeps) or take classes from my co-workers of the Will of God who have volunteered to assist me at this time. You have to pass my tests in your waking time before you can move on to the next portal. Many of you reading this message have already moved through this first portal in this life or in the past and some of you have made it through other portals as well. We deplore the fact that there is still a large percentage of humanity who are living their lives on “automatic pilot.” They have no idea where they are going, why they are here incarnated on earth, nor do they want to hear about it. They live their life from day to day, with no conscious direction, their minds and hearts scattered to the four winds, following a path of least resistance and spiritual slumber. Adama through Aurelia Louise As Earth Beings, We are one Big Family Greetings, my dear brothers and sisters of earth’s surface! For those who do not yet know me by name, I Am Adama, the High Priest of Telos, the subterranean city under Mt. Shasta, where one and a half million of us, Lemurians, are residing. It is my great pleasure to communicate with you at this time to remind you of our love for all of you and to give you a little update on our emergence plan. In Telos, we are noticing with much delight the rapid changes that are occurring within the spiritual grids of our planet. We are also perceiving the amazing awakening that is taking place within the consciousness of humanity. Dear ones, as much as you may not yet see the full picture of this wondrous progress from where you stand, we in Telos have the necessary technology to be able to, not only see this progress, but to make daily graphs of it on our amino acid computers. We can chart the progress made by mankind day by day in any area of your surface. Each day we notice more people awakening to their divine purposes and mission. The very fact that there are so many of humanity that are now awakening to a better understanding of their Divine Nature, we also know this awakening is no longer reversible and your victory is assured. It is only a question of how many Earth years it will take to reach critical mass. Dear ones, we can honestly tell you that it is happening even faster than ever expected by the spiritual hierarchy. In Telos and all your brothers and sisters of the “Earth Within,” which is a very vast empire of many civilizations, are watching this expansion of consciousness with great joy and anticipation. We are supporting you with our Love and our Light. We are almost like children who are counting the number of days before Christmas; the “Christmas” of our “Uniting” in Love and Brotherhood as one big Earth family. We are watching with delight and wonder the awakening taking place each day, and we know that the time uniting for our two civilizations is finally becoming very close after so many years and centuries of physical separation. When the time of our emergence to the surface comes, it will be a time of love and great rejoicing for the many, particularly for those who are consciously aware of our presence within the Earth and have such a yearning in their hearts to greet us in their homes and finally talk to us face-to-face. The wonders of our “Great Encounter” will be even greater than the magic that Christmas holds for so many of you. Know that we long to be with you physically as much as you long to be with us. Because we are family, it is a mutual desire. We are also watching the Lightworkers, who have embodied at this time, accomplishing this wondrous mission, leading the way of this grand awakening. You are like brave warriors of Light and we are holding you so preciously in our hearts. It is with gratitude and profound love that we salute and honor you. . The time of our emergence is no longer in the far-away, distant future. It is almost at hand, dear ones. We are no longer looking at decades but just a few short years at the most. Unfortunately, we cannot give you dates, as we are not the ones who are deciding the exact time or date of our emergence. We will come when the spiritual awakening has reached critical mass, not sooner. Shortly we will be granted permission to, once again, start mixing with a limited number of surface people. This exchange will begin to open the pathways for our eventual emergence to the surface, joining both civilizations as One Big Family of the Children of the Mother. We are beings of love, we live a path of love and we want you to know that we have much love for all of you. When we come, we will be able to teach you a way of life that will help you establish very quickly the foundations for a permanent golden age of enlightenment, love, peace, beauty and prosperity for all on this planet. We will assist you in ushering this golden age that you have been longing for so very long. Just prepare by loving each other more, by seeing each other more like brothers and sisters. In your mind and heart, begin to be receptive to allow us to become your guides and mentors, and I can make you the promise that you shall never regret it. For the last 12,000 years that we have been living underground, we have established a foundation based on the consciousness of love and true Brotherhood in the subterranean cities, and in Telos. Over these thousands of years, we have been refining the structures of our societies to more and more be in resonance with Divine Principles in every aspect of our lives. Beloved ones, we have witnessed your pains and struggles long enough. It is with much gladness and expectation that we are waiting to come out and show you the way to manifest this reality in your world, so that never again, will there ever be any more suffering on this planet for humanity or for any of the other kingdoms evolving here. It will not take 12,000 years to accomplish this with our help. We already know how. The melting of our energies through the magic of “Love” can and will bring these wonderful changes for you. Animals in Telos
Adama through Aurelia Louise Animals in Telos In Telos, we have many species of animals that we saved from extinction. When we knew that our continent was going to be destroyed, and we built our underground city to preserve our lives and all ancient records of our civilization, we also saved a few of every species of animals that were in existence at the time. In this regard, we can be compared as an earlier, but much more extensive version of the biblical story of Noah who saved in the Arch two members of each species. Most of these species are still alive and in our care to this day, except for those who have chosen as a species to return to their place of origin. The demise of Lemuria happened at least 1500 years prior to the sinking of Atlantis, and the number of species we saved was much larger, by far, in number than the one recorded in your bible history as the final sinking of Atlantis. At the time of the sinking of Atlantis, many of the species of animals present prior to the destruction of our continent were already extinct from the surface. We say to you that animals embody again and again, just like you do. Their embodiments are always extensions of a much larger whole. All of us, including the animals, are extensions of a vast Being of Light, so vast and so wondrous, that you will stand in absolute wonderment the day you open up to the understanding of your true Divinity. It is referred to as the concept of multi-dimensionality, a concept that remains very difficult to be fully comprehended by the limitations of a third-dimensional mind. God in his great Love and Nature of constantly creating is forever extending and expanding Himself in a wider and wider spectrum of various manifestations. The animal kingdom is just one among many of these infinite expansions. All are part of God, dear ones, ALL. When you allow yourself to hurt one part of Life (God) you are hurting the whole, including yourself. On the Inner Planes, all animals have great intelligence, and they are very different than you could ever imagine in your current awareness. Some of them rule worlds and planets. Animals live in many dimensions. All animals have an over-soul or a higher-self just like all humans do, but it is of a slightly different nature. The difference is that they are created to be part of another kingdom than you are. Thus, they are also extensions of a much larger body of consciousness, another aspect of Divinity. Consciousness extends itself from the highest levels of the Godhead to the lowest level of the first dimension of the rocks and minerals. All are God in various expressions. The higher the dimension, the greater is the understanding of Love and the more expanded the awareness. Animals are sharing your planet with you because, just like you, they have chosen to come here to have a third-dimensional experience. They have also come as helpers and teachers to assist mankind in ways you do not yet understand. Because they chose to come in a body that is different than yours, it does not make them inferior to you. Even if they were, there is no moral and spiritual justification for the way so many animals are presently being treated on the Earth’s surface. Their bodies are just an overtone lower than yours in your third-dimensional expression. Let’s be clear on that. There is not the difference you have been led to believe for so very long. Many humans on the surface have used this excuse as a passport for animal exploitation. In your limited understanding, you have allowed yourself to see many species of animals become commodities for selfish means or for profit. We say this is not what or who they are. The golden rule needs to be applied for all sentient beings, not just for the human kingdom. If you wish to move forward on the platform of your own evolution, you can achieve it only by according unconditional love in words, thoughts, feelings and deeds toward all life forms and all kingdoms living on this planet. Love is the only key. There is none other. There is not a speck of creation that has not manifested through love. Thus, there is not a speck of creation that you can choose “not to love” if you wish to move forward. In the spirit world, animals function from the fourth and fifth-dimensional levels. They are all connected to a higher body of Light. All humans are also connected to their own Higher-Selves, referred to as their “I AM Presence,” existing in higher dimensions and also living in the heart of each one. The Higher-Self of your being, your own God-Self, is a glorious, great intelligent, powerful being of unlimited perfection and splendor. This is really who you truly are. Your third-dimensional life on Earth reflects only a very small portion of the Divinity of who you truly are. In creation and in the Higher Realms, there is no such thing as lesser, lower, better than, not so good as, etc. These are all labels of limited human awareness. All are equally loved, and considered as expressions of God in constant motion (evolution.) There is a difference between you and the animals, but it is not what you have been led to believe. My friends, in the subterranean cities, we have much respect for animals and we consider them as our younger brothers and sisters on the ladder of evolution. We treat them with the same consideration we would like to receive for ourselves. Let’s say that in a human family, for example, there are 10 children. Would you say that the younger ones are inferior to the older ones just because they have less life experience, and do not yet know as much as the older ones? Would you say that the younger

Notes on the Civilizations from the Inner Earth by Aurelia Louise Jones, Mount Shasta There is still a lot of fear around the concept of the subterranean cities and civilizations living inside the earth. I have come to the awareness that there are many people who still have the misconception that the Inner Earth people could be potential enemies. This is so far from the truth! One must understand that the Inner Earth people are beings of Great Light that have gone underground at various stages of earth’s long evolution because of the negativity and warring that was taking place on the surface. They chose to continue their evolution without the burden of negativity and they have been there for thousands of years living a life of Love and Brotherhood and have forged for themselves a permanent Golden Age of Enlightenment, the kind we have been longing so much for. They understood a long time ago, the true meaning of “Brotherhood”, and their concept of Brotherhood is also extended to the beings of the animal kingdom and the deepest respect for the “Earth Mother.” They know very well about our existence on the surface and they are holding a great balance of Light and Love on our behalf. Believe it or not, if we compared our civilization with theirs, the way we live and treat each other, they could easily view us as being still very primitive, entrenched in violence and warring. In many places people are still killing each other for control and manipulation, for financial gain and greed purposes, or sometimes just because of various viewpoints, religious or simple skin color differences. We are still killing animals for our food, poisoning the food we eat before we eat it, poisoning the soil, devastating the forest, draining the earth of its valuable oil, polluting the air, the rivers and the oceans. As a race, we are very selfish, always trying to take more than we put back in. And to add to this human arrogance, many on earth have the misunderstanding of viewing the beings of Light and Love from within the earth as potential “enemies.” We have not yet understood that the animal kingdom is here to share the earth with humans “equally,” that they have as much right to live their existence in peace here as we do without being subjugated by us. Animals have been ordained to be here by the “Creator” for very specific reasons, many of them for our benefit; but the earth was meant to be shared with them in a brotherly and loving partnership, not ownership. After millions of years of evolution we still have not understood who the animals on this planet are and what they are about. We still think that besides using them for food and “profit” / “benefits”, they have no other purposes. We have no concept that they are our younger brothers and sisters on the ladder of evolution and this concept still offends the narrow minds. Animals are a different expression of the Creator but nevertheless another facet of God’s Love and they have a right to share the earth “equally” as cohabitants. They are also the beloved “children” of the “Earth Mother”; they represent one of her many kingdoms and ultimately, they belong to her. They are loved and nurtured by Her equally. We have not yet understood that we need them as much as they need us, they are our friends not our slaves. Just because they are different, it does not mean that they are inferior or less important than we. How overbearing are we towards the animal kingdom! We have no right to “own” them for our selfish purposes and dispose of them without gratitude for services rendered. A civilization is judged by the way the people treat their animals. It does not say much for us surface humans, for the way we have been treating our animals on this planet. We butcher them for food, we enslave them, cage them, chain them, experiment on them, destroy their habitats for the purposes of building more houses, more shopping centers, more of this and more of that. We want more and more for ourselves, always “needing” more because we are still looking “outside of ourselves” for true fulfillment and to have all of our “needs” supplied. We have not believed the words of Christ when He told us that the “Kingdom,” All That Is, The Door of Everything is Within Us. The Inner Earth Beings know everything in detail about all of our doings here on the surface. They monitor us very, very carefully with technology we cannot begin to dream about. They are waiting for us to “mature” before they can come to the surface and teach us. Our negativity and way of life is not enticing to them. They are very much looking forward to the day they can merge with us again. But they are waiting for us to become “more civilized” among ourselves and have more respect for the ecology of the earth and Mother Earth Herself. As a matter of fact, the Inner Earth people are beings of such magnitude and love and are so much more advanced than we are spiritually and in every way, that we stand like “toddlers” in front of them. If they came here openly now to help us out and teach us their ways of brotherhood, they would be killed very quickly by the “powers that be.” It has happened before. Around 1947, I am not sure of the exact date, the U.S. military had attempted to invade the city of Telos under Mt. Shasta with machine guns and their war equipment. What do you think their intentions were? The Telosians have not since been permitted by the Galactic Federation Council of Twelve to mix with us, surface people, and they have to abide by those rules. They used to be seen around the Mt. Lemurian’s View on the Benefits of Living Underground by Aurelia Louise Jones, Mount Shasta A while ago, I was asked to describe, as well as I could, some of the reasons the people of the Inner Earth, or the various civilizations living in the hundreds of underground cities have chosen to live in this manner, and still choose it to this day. Over twelve thousand years ago, when the continent of Lemuria sank beneath the waves of the Pacific Ocean, about 25,000 Lemurians, part of those who escaped and survived, went to live underground, underneath Mt. Shasta, to the city they named Telos. The project of building this underground city was started several centuries prior to the sinking of the continent. The Lemurians and the Atlanteans knew for a few thousands of years ahead that their continents were doomed to eventually sink, and they painfully prepared for it. Telos was prepared to save 200,000 people but only 25,000 actually made it on time to the underground city before the land sank underneath the waves. At the time, this was a very painful and challenging direction they chose to make for the sake of saving their lives, saving most ancient records and treasures, and be able to continue their evolution peacefully, without the burden of the tremendous negativity and wars that were destroying the surface of the planet and its people. After the sinking of Lemuria, and then Atlantis, a few hundred years later, the shock to the planet was so great, that the Earth shook for almost two thousand years. For 300 hundred years, the debris floating around the planet was so dense, that it greatly dimmed the light of the sun to the point that it became very cold on the planet. Plant and animal life became rather scarce, and the growing of food very difficult. Life on Earth became almost unbearable for the longest time, and so difficult, that a large population of people who remained on the surface eventually died. For 200 years, earthquakes were constantly so violent, that large segments of the surface liquefied as clay, and formed a sea of mud, engulfing whole cities overnight, all over the planet. Tidal waves were so large that they went as far as 1,000 miles inland, destroying everything in their way. The cities that were not engulfed by the sea of mud or by the tidal waves, eventually shook to rubble by centuries of constant shaking. Hunger and diseases were rampant everywhere. There are places that survived, yes, like Egypt for example, because they were aware that these cataclysms were going to happen, and they had the wisdom to start building their cities accordingly ahead of time. But for most, it was the desolation of almost total destruction in most areas on the planet. It was easier at the time to live underground than it was to try to make it on the surface. Those who went underground, the survivors of these cataclysms, were able to gradually, little by little, develop a way of life underground that was far superior and wondrous than what surface people were subjected to. At the time, various bands of marauding extraterrestrials came to dominate and prey on the people of Earth who were struggling to survive as peacefully as they could. The extraterrestrials were not the only ones who caused a lot of negativity on this planet. The majority of the people of Earth themselves had fallen into a very low level of spiritual denial. They were also warring and preying viciously among themselves. Love, compassion and true brotherhood had become something of the past, forgotten by most people of Earth´s population. Mankind, in many areas, regressed to the level of cavemen and warring savages. Ever since, people of Earth have never stop completely warring against each other. There has been eras of peace and love, but they never lasted very long. There were always those who came to disturb it, and put an end to it through attacks and destruction. Even today, at the very dawn of a new permanent golden age on this planet, there are many who still live in the consciousness of fear, violence, enemies, control of others, manipulation, wars, intolerance, taxation imposition, deception, greed, etc. One needs only read a newspaper or watch the news to relate to what I am writing about here. Those of the Lemurians who were committed to their spiritual evolution, and who desired to remain faithful to their heritage of peace, love and brotherhood found it easier to live underground than to be subjected to the harshness that existed on the surface. It is that simple of an explanation.It was not only harshness of the weather that made life difficult on the surface, but also the harshness of how humanity had come to treat each other. I am sure there must have been a long period of adaptation for those who went underground to live. One must understand that it was out of necessity, rather than an enjoyable choice that originally forced the Lemurians and other underground dwellers to select to live inside the Earth. By doing so, they also joined and received some assistance from those beings from the Inner Earth who had been living underground for much longer periods time; for some, hundreds of thousands of years, who had vacated the surface to live underground for very similar reasons in other eras of Earth´s history. Following the sinking of the continents, people of Earth did not learn their lessons well, and many continued in their ways of darkness, greed, control and warring. When the continent of Atlantis sank under the waves of the Atlantic ocean, it is my understanding that the disturbances caused to the body of the Earth was even greater than the disturbances caused by the sinking of Lemuria. The story of “Great Flood” that the bible talks about is really one of the phases we know of the sinking of Atlantis. Life underground had much more
