As the sun reaches its highest point, bathing Earth in its radiant embrace, we celebrate the Summer Solstice here in the western hemisphere, as our friends in the southern hemisphere celebrate the Winter Solstice. This is a sacred time of renewal, illumination, and transformation. This celestial event reminds us of the eternal light within each of us, guiding our journey toward peace, love, and harmony.

In a world often consumed by discord, let us pause and embrace a higher path- one where unity reigns and compassion flourishes. The teachings of TELOS offer a profound blueprint for ascension, urging us to elevate our consciousness and awaken to Christ’s love, uniting all beings across dimensions.

🌿 Ways to Cultivate Peace on Earth:
* Align with Nature: Spend time in the natural world, honoring its wisdom and balance. Walk barefoot on the earth, listen to the whispering winds, and connect with the heartbeat of life.

TELOS-USA WINTER SOLSTICE NEWSLETTER DECEMBER 2024 Greetings Everyone! A very Happy Winter Solstice to you! Another year gone, a new election, and a time to reflect on all your accomplishments for the past year. For all the rest of your experiences, please think of them as growth moments, for this is the truth of our 3rd-dimensional planet- a globe of learning and growth. It is very important to your health, your family, and Mother Earth that you take the time to reflect on your achievements, thanking yourself for such good work. Look on the things that need improvements as guides toward a better way of living. You are unique, you are praised, and you are so very much loved! Our friends in Telos are cheering us on as we go through every day with new challenges. The veil is thinning, and we are getting ever so close to uniting with our dear ones in Inner Earth. They are hoping that we will reach enlightenment very soon so that we can merge our worlds into one. On a global scale, we have gained momentum on the road to Ascension, with more souls advancing upward and awakening their hearts and minds to loving change. We still have a long way to go, but the word out there is that we should begin to see real positive progression by 2027. This year and next we will still be in a time of change and chaos, but don’t lose hope, because we need that to help us progress on this wonderful journey that we are creating. Remember to meditate and visualize those changes that we want to see; a peaceful, loving planet of people and other kingdoms working together to bring our Home into balance. This is very important. Our Telosian friends know that thoughts are things- everything you say and do creates the world around you, so even in despair keep those emotions of love, trust, and faith strong. Do not forget that Mother Earth was designed to be a planet of love, knowledge, and diversity where beings from all other planets in our universe could gather and learn from us. Now is the time to re-read your Telos books by Aurelia Louise Jones. They are as pertinent now as they were when she first wrote them. Step up your own studies on becoming fifth dimensional. Use your imaginations to fully see a life that interacts joyously with those around you. Feel the joy in your hearts that will transport you to Telos to interact with family and friends there. Imagine being together working, playing, learning, teaching… The more you do this the more your heart will grow, and you will truly believe that these activities will take place, for you will create it! Morning and night, think of this. Just take time to center yourselves in love, thanking self for being you, thanking all your guides, space brothers and sisters, and your Telos family for helping you along this path to a better world. Lemuria and Telos

Lemuria & Telos The Lemurian Age lasted from 4,500,000 BC to about 12,000 years ago. Until the sinking of the continents of Lemuria and later of Atlantis, there were seven major continents on this planet. The continent of Lemuria was located in the Pacific Ocean and extended from western United States and Canada to lands in the Indian Ocean and Madagascar and included what is now Australia, New Zealand, Figi Islands, New Guinea, Easter Islands and Hawaii. Before the fall in consciousness, the Lemurians lived in a fifth dimensional frequency or dimension, and were able to switch back and forth from fifth to third at will.. The first souls inhabiting the planet arrived from the land of Mu in the Dahl Universe about four and half million years ago. Among those early arrivals were many of the Ascended Masters who are assisting humanity today. Later they were joined by races from Sirius, The Pleiades, Alpha Centauri and other systems. Together they formed the Lemurian civilization which became the cradle of civilization on this planet. It was the “Motherland” that assisted in the birth of other civilizations. Atlantis came about in comparatively recent times. The early Lemurians retained their Christ Consciousness and expressed their divinity in every area of their lives. They honored the sacredness of all life and lived in an Eden-like paradise of exquisite beauty, abundance and perfection. Disease, lack and limitation were unknown for a few million years. They lived in peaceful dominion with the elements of Nature and lacked for nothing. They lived mostly in their 5th dimensional light bodies but could, at will, lower their vibration to experience the denser levels of physicality. During the first few Golden Ages the Lemurians experienced a perfect balance between their masculine and feminine energies and between the mind and heart. This balance allowed for the nearly instant and perfect manifestation of whatever was desired. For hundreds of thousands of years they used sacred knowledge universal laws wisely and the Sacred Flames of God were loved, honored and protected in their temples for the nurturing of mankind. The gradual fall in human consciousness brought an end to Golden Ages still recorded deep in our DNA. We began to experiment with other ways of living and in our misuse of our divine powers we lost our Christ Consciousness and our abilities to magically manifest whatever we wanted. Gradually the former balance of masculine and feminine energy shifted in favor of mind over heart. As a consequence the divine Love and Compassion of the “Mother” aspect of Father/Mother God slowly faded from our consciousness resulting in increasing expressions of the male manipulation, domination and control which persists today. Since we had lost our ability to consciously create our realty, pain, lack and struggle became out lot as the unconditional Love of the Mother’s Presence became a forgotten memory. It took a long time but eventually we reduced ourselves to the level of the 4th dimension and later to the density of the 3rd dimension where we find ourselves today. Great Avatars have been sent to re-awaken us from our self-inflicted Darkness but they were mostly unheard, rejected or frequently killed so strong was our opposition to the Light. Twenty five thousand years ago Lemuria and Altantis were the two most highly developed civilizations on the planet. The original intent of the two civilizations was for Atlantis to represent the energies of the Divine Father and Lemuria to represent the energies of the Divine Mother. They were meant to not only work together for the benefit of both peoples but to also serve as guides and role models for other evolving civilizations and for younger and less experienced souls. Dissension between the two arose regarding the development and evolution of other civilizations. The Lemurians believed that the other less evolved cultures should be left alone to continue their own evolution at their own pace according to their own understandings and pathway, whereas the Atlanteans believed that less evolved cultures should be controlled by the two more evolved civilizations. Their argument over ideologies resulted in several thermonuclear wars which weakened both continental plates. When the wars were over and the dust had settled, there were no winners, only death, destruction and further debasing of the human spirit to the point that both side realized the futility of such behavior. The people, through the priesthood, were then informed that within less than 15,000 years their continents would sink completely. In those days, because people lived an average of 20,000 to 30,000 years commonly, they understood that many who have caused the havoc would live to experience the destruction. Before the sinking of the continent, “Telos,” which means “communication with spirit, was the name for the eastern portion of Lemuria consisting of what is now California and part of British Columbia. Today, “Telos” is only the name of the city the Lemurians built beneath Mount Shasta over 12,000 years ago. Having had plenty of advance warning that they would eventually lose their homeland, the leaders were prompted to come up with a plan to protect and preserve their records, sacred treasures, culture and most importantly, to relocate to safety all the Sacred Unfed Flames that were focused in their many temples. They decided to build an underground city that would be free from any surface disruptions or discord. The priesthood knew that Mount Shasta would be safe during coming Earth changes so the leaders petitioned the head of the Agartha Network of Subterranean Cities for permission to build a city beneath the mountain In order to be granted permission to build a city and become part of the Agartha Network, they had to prove that they had learned their lessons of war and aggression. They also had to prove this to other agencies such as the Galactic Confederation of Planets. Permission was granted but among the other cities of the Agartha Network there was not much optimism for their success. The starting point for constructing

Mount Shasta

Mount Shasta Mount Shasta is part of the Cascade Mountain Range, located in Siskiyou County in Northern California about 45 miles from the Oregon border. The mountain is the cone of a dormant volcano rising to a height of over 14,162 feet above sea level, and is one of the largest volcanic peaks in the continental United States. On clear days it can be seen from 100 miles away. Mount Shasta is also a powerful spiritual vortex of energy and is considered an incarnation of the Great Central Sun of this universe. It is a focus for angels, spirit-guides, spaceships, masters from the Light Realm, and the home of the survivors of Ancient Lemuria, which sank beneath the Pacific Ocean a little over 12,000 years ago. For those gifted with clairvoyant sight, Mount Shasta is embraced in a gigantic, etheric purple pyramid whose capstone reaches far beyond this planet into space, and connects us intergalactically to the Confederation of Planets for this sector of the Milky Way Galaxy. This pyramid also has an inverted version of itself, reaching far down to the very core of the Earth. Mount Shasta is the entry point of the Light-Grids of this planet, where most of the energy comes first from the galactic and universal source before it is disseminated to other mountains and into the grids. Most mountaintops, especially tall mountains, are Beacons of Light, feeding the light-grids of this planet. Strange lights and sounds are often seen or heard on the mountain. Lenticular clouds, shadows and outstanding sunsets add to the mystical aura of the mountain. Several tunnels stretch far into it’s interior. Mount Shasta is the present-day home of the Lemurians who survived the sinking of the continent of Lemuria over 12,000 years ago. Our Lemurian brothers and sisters are very real and live a highly evolved 5th dimensional existence within the subterranean city of “Telos” underneath the mountain. Prior to the sinking of their continent, fully aware of the eventual destiny of their beloved continent, the ancient Lemurians, using their mastery of energy, crystals, sound and vibrations, hollowed out a vast underground city to preserve their culture, treasures and their records of ancient Earth’s history which have been lost on the surface since the sinking of Atlantis. Lemuria was once a vast continent in the Pacific Ocean. It included the western portions of the United States and Canada and extended to what is now Australia, New Zealand, Fiji Islands, New Guinea, Eastern Islands and Hawaii. This large continent disappeared overnight into the Pacific Ocean over 12,000 years ago in a vast cataclysm. All inhabitants of the Earth at that time considered Lemuria, their motherland, and there was much weeping on the Earth at the time of its destruction. About 25,000 Lemurians at that time were safely inside their subterranean City of Telos which had been designed to accommodate about 200,000 people. Prior to the sinking of their Motherland, the center of all governmental and spiritual functions had been transferred to Telos. “The Little People of Mount Shasta,” are sometimes seen around the mountain by those with clairvoyant sight. They are third dimensional beings like humans, but they live on a slightly higher level of the third dimension than we do and therefore have the ability to make themselves visible or invisible at will. The reason they rarely show themselves physically is because they have a collective fear of humans. At one time, when they were as physical as we are, and could not make themselves invisible at will, humans living at that time viciously maligned them. They became so fearful of us, that they collectively asked the spiritual hierarchy of this planet for the dispensation to be elevated in their frequency, so that they could make themselves invisible at will so they could continue their evolution unharmed and in peace. There are also reports of the Bigfoot race of people being seen in some remote areas of Mount Shasta, along with other mysterious beings. The Bigfoot people are now very few in numbers around the world and around Mount Shasta. They are of average intelligence and possess a peaceful heart. They have also obtained the dispensation to be able to make themselves invisible at will and, like the little people, avoid being harmed, mutilated and used as a slave race. Things have not changed so much on Earth in our days. We have not yet, as a species, understood that we are guests of our gracious Mother Earth who has volunteered to provide a platform of evolution for humanity and the many kingdoms who share the planet. It was always intended and agreed in the beginning that all kingdoms would be honored, and be allowed to share this planet “equally,” and it was that way for hundreds of thousands of years. Eventually we developed the arrogance of thinking we were the superior race, and had the right to control and manipulate other kingdoms. Many other species of the animal kingdom have also become invisible because they have a slightly higher frequency of vibration than we do. They are ”extinct” because they made a collective choice not to interact with us any more because we have abused them rather than honor them with love and respect as fellow spiritual beings sharing the Earth. Many visitors to Mount Shasta respond to the “Call of the Mountain,” and find themselves becoming part of a growing spiritually community. Some newcomers feel that they have “come home” to their Lemurian ancestry. Occasionally, visitors have had extraordinary experiences that have added to the mountains legendary history. Dr. M. Doreal claimed years ago that he visited the Lemurians inside their mountain. He said that the space they came into was about two miles in height, about 20 miles long and 15 miles wide.
